Interesting responses, different strokes for different folks and all,that . 30 years of marriage,with no major issues, we have separate checking ,savings and investment accounts ,neither care much what the other does with their money . Working for the FD meant we’d go three days in a row with out seeing each other, which was awesome ,she loved having the bed and remote to,herself . She does know how to drive a ski boat I’ll give her that .

Ya but much of the rest to the country doesn’t care much for NY in general and Cuomo in particular. His thug attitude doesn’t play well in most parts .

Wife doesn’t hunt thank God . She and one daughter have carry permits, the other daughter owns a shotgun ,rifle and hunts a bit with me . She needs to get her permit . They all shoot from time to time .

Used to put a frog on a hook and send him out into the lake, caught many Bass there that way . Now that reminds me , guy from work was bowfishing that but on the other side of the road along the golf course . Some A hole golfer took offense to that I guess and started driving golf balls at him ! I gotta tell you I’d have called the cops and pressed charges on that one .

You guys should enjoy this . Now going from memory, an older guy was duck hunting on Sodus Bay ( a Bay ringed with homes ,restaurants, marinas ) from a small boat , near a marina . A couple of guys thought he , I guess couldn’t do that , so they called the cops , in the meantime they circled him on their jet skis , rocking him and spraying him with water . Hunter had enough and heads in, just as DEC cop shows up. Jet ski dudes tell him their story , and promptly get arrested . Love it when they call the cops on themselves ! Stroy was on the news a few years back, jet ski guys were like 45 Y/O and one was from Webster ( my town ) .

Does my wife count ? Really she’s glad when I’m not home , thinks I should take up golf as well . There was a big creek bed, which we called “ the big creek bed”, we’d drive all the time, it awesome very thick around it , started very wide and tapered down to,nothing . It was 100 yards or so from a road that paralleled, and also down hill from it, so drivers could look down and see us . You could do the drive with a couple guys and kill a deer, but to cover all the escape routes and have enough drivers to,prevent them circling your needed 10 or 12 guys , which we didn’t always have, but this one woman used to drive the road slow blowing her horn when she saw us ! That was nice as we didn’t have to post as many guys on the other side .Should have got her number ,was a nice help,.

Haven’t been to the land since shed season , no cams up yet . I suppose once it cools I’ll hang them, two,new ladders to put up ( well haven’t bought them yet ) and a Couple existing to move. Need to weed wack around the hut, carry some sandbags ( rests ) to my range , as well as walk the boarders and check posted signs . Just starting to think about it , I’m still in waterskiing and pool mode .

My daughter went to nyc last week end , Sunday flight home was cancelled , she took train back to Buffalo ,Monday . If she is sitting in your gate , you might as well leave , I’m thinking 50% of her flights are either delayed or canceled . She hates it , “ what business can run on 50%”, “ why do,I have to tell them how to do their jobs “ , she’s got to,be a joy for airline workers . Not only is she smart , but can pick up on the slightest inconsistency a person says. I tell her relax , sooner or later you’ll get to audit, them .

Our dog ties us down more then the kids did . Our kids have been out largely since they started college , now they have good jobs and so forth . But we’re still dealing with their issues that come up .Wife would move to Tenn. tomorrow, but I just can’t move that far away from them . It is bitter sweet for sure , they need to buy houses and have kids, so I got stuff to fill my time .

It'll be interesting to see how the Fudds all feel now that he’s getting local Rod and Gun clubs shut down . I agree he’s got to , but NRA memebers vote at a very high percentage , they’re informed and motivated , the average non member gun owner tends not to see the end game ,is poorly informed and the result is they don’t show up as much at the voting booth . Yes NY is a hard state for gun rights ,due to NYC and a couple other small pockets . We also started out in a hole, the Sullivan Act came about when , the 1,930s or so ? the NRA didn’t really become politically active till 40 years later . How many of those guys even know Cuomo’s current strong arming of insurance companies that cover the NRA, NY ranges, Rod and Gun clubs and so forth ?

Just some chicken marinated in Speedies . Daughter came over two days now to,use pool, do,wash , have her car washed and get a free meal .

Threeheads Strong Arm ipa (New England style ) and a Gurkha cigar . i first had a Gurkha in the Bahamas , I ditched the family on the beach to go off and smoke a cigar , when some woman approached ( it’s a curse) she worked for Gurkha and gave me a couple .

Going to try this in a bit when I hop in the pool. Found some beer called Pool Side, but it has cherry juice in it and that’s just wrong.

Ya our two, 3 rows behind the dugout came to $227 . It’s nice to see the players up close I guess, but Carpenter is the only one who even looks up coming off the field , we’re done with getting those seats .

Well money’s tight , between buying her 2016 Honda, travel to France and Italy, weekend trips to Connecticut or NYC, you gotta cut back somewhere . Speaking of seats, I always got seats behind the Cards dugout when we go to PNC park, like row 3 or so , I don’t really care for them all that much . We stared going higher , and you can see everything better . PNC has the PBC level that has bigger padded seats more legroom and access to three bar areas with better food and drinks . We’re only sitting there now .

Well when I searched Allegheny County land for sale , that seems about right going just by the other ads. They seem to be a grand an acre plus or minus a couple hundred .

Youngest daughter in NYC this weekend and attended a Yankee game, well just shows you can’t raise a perfect child .

Yep under the shell row KK , really enjoyed it . I got him to sign my CD years ago right after 9/11, that song is so well written, I got emotional when he played it last night . We park at Loews, you can tailgate there as well, it’s an easy walk and leaving was pretty much traffic free . A fellow FF and his family were in the $30 lot you can also tailgate there , we joined them for a bit, but they were in the Del Lago tent for the show ( all compt .) Really enjoyed the night, love AJ .
