I quit while I was ahead ! As long as BH are on that’s all I care about at this point , but for you I’ll go fling a couple before I paint a garage window . Ok shot two arrows w/fp ,3xs . 4 were center of white dot , 2 were maybe 2 inches to the right . I’m at the limit my shoulder will allow , shot more arrows today then half the summer .

Shot BH for first time this year, never ever been an issue, but today 4 plus inches to the left. Went back to my old arrows same thing . Thought I’d have to go to Moog’s, bow tuning shop / archery clinic and weight room . But I asked the wizard box, and came up with moving rest in a hair . Moved it less then one line and wow I feel better . the first shot ,ok two are before ( some even farther out ) and the single a bit high is where they now hit as far as center .

Odds are against it sadly . Unless here’s good video or a plate number or other compelling evidence, nobody’s looking for them , and tools were sold already . My daughters bike ( locked to rail behind her house ) was stolen, you make a report by phone to 311and that’s just for insurance claims because that’s the end of it . Her last name was scribed on the frame ( I do that to everything I buy ) and I spray painted part of the black handlebar white, so,I could spot it after it was stolen . I put the word out to,the firehouses in the area if they see it to run the rider over ,which was the best shot we had really .

Was my Dads , I drove it the last 6 years, only time it was driven in snow. 109500 miles, new tires,inspected last month . No issues other than you have to add air to one tire every two weeks or so . $2900 BO Webster NY ( Rochester area)

Heroin . It’s so prevalent , I know guys who,leave their cars unlocked at night with nothing at all in it , tired of replacing windows , and that’s cars with nothing in view . Looks like they used a center punch as well .

If you use a day pack , try using one that plays out of the water bottle compartment. Clip one end onto the drawstring and the other to your bow / gun. Then one line works for all stands , and isn’t exposed to,the weather .

I have a friend who lives in Montana and a closer friend in Washington state , who drives to Montana to hunt with him every year , they kill nice bucks every year and the resident kills elk often . Our deer spot is a river bottom , and some spots we can drive a truck to the deer, others we use a deer cart to,get them back to camp . He has packed out Elk, 12 miles between all the trips though . I missed the application deadline this year, it’s the end of March I think . I drove mine to “ town” had it cut up and brought it home in a cooler on the plane . Head was shipped back by the taxidermist. Im planning on going next year , but you’ll have to apply by March. I go rifle season , it can be 60 or minus 10.... deer tag for non res was about12% , so I did deer elk combo 60% chance but it was $900. The guy who lives there is a biology professor, so field dressing is clean and fast .

Thanks from what I see Colorado excels at towing ( why I’m buying ) and comforts like six way power seats ,Tacoma holds its value and may be better off road which is a minor concern to me . might flip a coin looking at rv in the morning and Colorado after , Tacomas tue.

My Dad had a barrel he’d put the trap in, place lid on barrel, Then he removed the muffler from lawn mower, and had a hose with a fitting that screwed onto where the muffler was, hose went into an opening in the lid . Worked pretty fast .

Flintknapping is something I’d like to,try sometime ! Seems like the learning curve would be frustrating though .

Thanks. I would get 4x4, 6 cyl ,crew cab . Toyota tows I think 6,500 and a Chevy 7,000 . resale should not be much of a factor, my cars sell for about a grand when I do get rid of them, or are junked.
