I can vouch for this as I was one of the jamokes present, it was excellent.

Consider homeowners insurance too, that is eye opening. (In Florida of course)

A buddy that lives in Colorado bought a piece in Missouri, 10 hour drive from home. He just retired and is in the process of building a small cabin. Hunting there should be decent but that nagging doubt of neighbors trespassing would always be there. 10 hours…..NFW.

Your priorities as far as an almost exclusive piece of land out of state strictly for deer hunting as opposed to instate for family recreation AND hunting are difficult for most here to consider. I could never justify that even if I had yours and Nomad’s money. After so many years, chasing whitetail deer out of state could become ho humm I’d think. Is this a solo deal or is your partner an owner too?
-
That seems like a great deal.

I have reminders like that from one dog and two cats. Memories.......

Thanks fellas! Currently nursing a pre-birthday Birthday cake chocolate overdose from last night.

Did you know they named a river after me, the St Lawrence. In my early years I worked with Scooby Do, Shaggy and the rest of the gang solving mysteries. Mostly I was off camera though…. Im glad I could help Nomad & Wolc out. I’m working on your fish now Rob, gimme some time.

Sure, it fell behind the utility sink when you were cleaning the knife. If not there, it fell into the trash can NEXT to the sink and is long gone.
-
That’s probably the best thank you I’m gonna get I guess.
-
Retrace your steps..... You didn't by chance toss them in the trash? You set them somewhere and they'll show up.......unless the garbage has already been picked up.
-
I think those saw horses are the BEST I've ever seen. Where on earth did you get them?!?! And yes, the shelves look great. What's the plan, painting? Who's hanging them? How are they getting from A to B? Good job!

Lol maybe it’s TT that blows? PM’s work just fine via the forum or so my experience has shown.

Coleman 6875w Generator With 50' 30amp cord
Lawdwaz replied to Lawdwaz's topic in Non Hunting Items For Sale and Trade
Yea, Hmmmmm. I just bumped it on Craigslist and lowered the price to $295 there. Not much of a discount here but I'm selling it for my boss. It's in E. Amherst/Clarence but I can bring it home to Snyder and then figure what to do from there. IF you want it...... -

You guy should move this to PM's before Eddie pulls the plug on it......
-
I'm going to guess you win the "longest distance" encouragement card for Teddi! Good job.........
-
Good thing you didn’t hit it.
-
M/S I think it must be.

I bought my first set of Michelin tires last fall but don’t recall what model they are. LTX All season? I’ll fill in the blanks later but I’ve been pleased with them.
-
I forget, are you hunting the early goose season?? Heck, is that still on the books in NYS?
-
Did you clean the guns? Is the Ruger sold? How is the odor in the pick up bed? Sure, put the blind up.
-
Dave, Brad; how are things tonight?
