Looking to Lease Hunting Land
Lawdwaz replied to brandtlandmanagement's topic in Land For Sale, Lease, and Requests
A for profit organization. -
That was my favorite for a number of years but now the 2.5-8 has replaced it. Good luck and get shopping!!

What glass are you pondering? I vote for VX 3 (varix III or VXIII ??) 2.5x8 or if you MUST, a fixed 4 Leupold would work too........

Gotta see pics!!

Hope you get it, it appears to be a GREAT deal. I have a CRF from Leica that I've had since they introduced them maybe in 2009 or so. I haven't babied it at all; it sits in my coat pocket from 10/1 until the end of ML'r season usually. Sometimes I don't carry for gun hunting but regardless, its not cased and gets wet often. It goes to the range most trips too.......

I ain't gonna say it..............I'll save it for the REAL Jeremy K.

I've been pondering a service provider change to AT&T for some time. The time has come...............

Yikes,I'll be around for awhile. A guy like Dinsdale would be toast..............bean pole x100.

Heck of a smoking deal for a local hunter. If mine wasn't still working I'd be at the guys doorstep 10 minutes ago. Leica Rangefinder $225 https://buffalo.craigslist.org/spo/6006572634.html

Can it be used to dry up old cans of stain????? Hmmm, so far kitty litter isn't working.....

Thank you all.......... I worked today so that helped take my mind off things somewhat. Figures that the two customers I visited today had dogs! A few minutes with their dogs helped me considerably. Among 157 issues when losing a dog, someplace in that list is; who's going to clean up the food I drop on the floor? You knew I'd bring some humor in at some point. Thank again for the kind words and support.

I was doing some work at a customers house today and he said his lab was going blind too. Strange coincidence......... This big male lab is also 5 years old, a heck of a nice dog. Side ways Sally got me again.....

I've known about the Rainbow Bridge for a number of years and purposely didn't read it. Dog stories (that being a poem) have always busted me up bad and I knew that was one I couldn't finish. Maybe this is the time to read it? I think I'll wait a couple days............... Thanks Jay

We had to put Jenny down yesterday. 13.5 years of companionship, loyalty, love and great times...... Heart trouble and aging hips told us that the time had come. For the last couple weeks she was having "fainting spells" after very short exertions where she would fall over and go completely stiff. It would only last 20-30 seconds and she would slowly stand up and go on like nothing happened. At first it was a couple days in between "spells" and from Thursday night until Sunday night she didn't have any. Late Sunday night she had one episode and then three more yesterday. Some times she would empty her bladder during it a "spell", resulting in urine being sprayed around the room by her big old tail when she recovered. Not funny at the time but I can chuckle now........ We have great memories of her as a family dog and of a hunting dog. The dove hunts in Pennsylvania are where she shined as that's where we spent most of our field time. She did fine on duck and goose too. The veterinarian did an exemplary job with her and us, I really can't say enough about her care. My wife and I were both present, we held and comforted the old girl till her last breath. RIP Jenny

I'd say the trip was a success. Well done!

Very nice........... Do you have a web site? If so, is there a order form I can print? Thank you for your consideration, Larry -
A good friend (deceased now) used to fish the creeks in Niagara County quite a bit. I'd tag along and caught my share too. I was in my late 20's then and have only gone a half dozen times in the past 25 years I think.

I didn't mean to derail this thread but thank you grow, grampy and Jeremy. So once again--------------------HAPPY BIRTHDAY RUPERT!! A swig of coffee to the good looking pooch.

Amen brother.......

Happy Birthday Rupert! I'm going to have some bad news here in a few days............my Jenny is not in good shape. Give Rupert a good hug tonight for me and Jenny.

Although a very good friend of mine is an Arby's manager, since I sold my business I'm rarely in his 'hood and hungry at the same time. I remember as a small (height, NOT weight) child it was quite a treat to hit the Arby's at Main & Transit in Williamsville for a heck of a good roast beast. Never had one of their feesh sammies and don't need to start at this point. IF I do have a craving and they are on sale, I'll grab a couple McDonald's feesh sammies and enjoy the heck out of them.....

Sounds like a nice evening for fundraising.

A guy was not happy with a local pawn shop and had a picture of his middle finger and added some not-so flattering words to the post. I guess you had to be there to appreciate.
