    Yawn If I changed my mind on anything it’s that I won’t fight against the xbow any longer. It’s certainly not going to be outlawed again. However I do think it’s neat in a way to have a “special” season for it. Changing things up midsession is fun. Not for me, but I get it.     I bought those thermacell heated insoles during the gander out of business sale. Opened them up last night for the first time and charge them. Throw them in my boots and the remote in my bag.     i bumped my vacation in 8f from today til tomorrow for what appeared to be less windy and cooler temps. man i hope i didn't screw up.

    a doe in heat or about to be in heat or just coming off of heat should be pretty easy to spot during archery. You can tell by how tired, frazzled or edgy they look. Think college sorority girl walk of shame after a good Saturday night. We all know what her night was like just by looking at her. A doe who still seems calm, fat and browsing with her offspring isn't ready yet.

    i think it's feast or famine time. I've either had great action or nothing. rare to have anything mixed these last few sits. I too am thinking a nice high probability shot on a big doe during a morning sit will probably get me to draw.

    you don't need a lot of land for good hunting. it needs to be the right land. I had some of the biggest bucks and most deer i've ever seen on just 5. I think your land requirements will come from your other hobbies, otherwise you're just riding around in circles. I would start with 30 minimum.

    how so? There is no black and white reg and the majority of members on this site think it's not legal. The officer is not the judge.
