Thankfuly we have been sucessfull poaching deer this summer at Burts place and are all done before the hunting season even starts. Now we can sit back and relax.

I have wanted one since they came out, perfect for a guy who lives over an hour from his prime spots. Looks like the price will come down by the time I'm ready.

To sum up, putting food out for deer is illegal Posting a pic or video of an illegal act is not too smart in a public forum, do so at your own risk. Some people do not understand that there are other seasons going on at the same time as bow season (small game, coyote) which you are allowed to carry a firearm. Wny may or may not have carried a pistol while bow hunting although I fail to see why that has anything to do with a video of an illegal act of feeding deer. Its ok with some to break game laws if its only a little broken..(ie a cup of corn) If you want a pat on the back and some one to wipe your tears when you get caught breaking the law red handed, don't expect it here.

Hunting ethics are a personal thing left up to the hunter, which is why there aren't a longer list of rules. Each one of us has to decide what is ethical or not for ourselves. It comes down to a simple mantra, just hunt. You do it your way and leave others to do it their way even if you don't agree with them or would never dream of trying it their way.

I would set a trap, hang a stand and plaster the woods with hidden cam's to catch a glimples of the bastards! Make it an easy steal for them.

Its my favorite type of thread, LOVE IT! I for one am far to lazy to go through the hassle of baiting, you have to go get the bait, carry it out to the woods and spread it all over and go through that process as much as you can for it to be effective. I think I will stick to just hunting and spend my free time doing yard work. lol
