    Bowhunting on a college campus would take several weeks to get even close to what a few nights of bait and shoot will do. Like it or not, sometimes these things are the best choice.

    Want to save lives? Let's start at the top of the list and work down - have a far greater impact in total numbers rather than going for "if it will save one life". Might want to work on banning baseball bats too - at least if you apply the logic of some to the statistics.

    Just seeing if you felt that placing multiple stands on a shared property means you have a claim to that area. It's apparent you feel that way.

    Perhaps some people changes. No gun law changes other than doing away with gun free zones. Things like AR bans (whatever AR's are seems to be subjective) will make no statistical difference in the future. Simply knee jerk feel good action.

    Amazing how many don't do this. All part of preparation for the season, like scouting, hanging stands, practice, etc. And should be done every season.

    The fact is Scot, there is no functional difference between CIVILIAN so called paramilitary rifles and many semi auto hunting rifles used for years and years. The ONLY difference in in appearances. Accept a ban on a style of rifle based solely on appearance and how long will it be before they come after the same functioning hunting rifles as the banned ones?

    I'm sure the buck doesn't care if he was shot for the rack or for meat. Result is the same - dead deer.
