I agree with yas on some wanting to keep the deer to themselves and not go public but as we can see this is not the case with this fella. Mabey there are more pics out there somewhere but just weird with no woods pics or with weapon taken with. Everybody is different i guess and if its not legit it will come out sooner or later..... It always does!!!!

I can give you a list of the ft drum soldiers that died fighting this stupid war we have them in but you would not know their names because they were not rich or have a big name....Messed up world!!!

Great looking buck!!! If i was to take a shot in the dark i would say thats a letchworth buck!!! Now you get to stare at him and remember that day for the rest of your day's!!!!

Hunt with whatever you want to but all tags stay the same. Do not add another weapon and then give another doe only and a either sex tag!!!

Long time for a deer that big to stay under wraps!! 2 plus months?? I dont know about you guys but with all of todays high teck phones and what not you would think there would be kill site pics(probably 100 plus if it was me) of some kind. You know how we are. Man i took so many pics of my 128 inch in the woods this year that i had to delete some off my phone as it was maxed out. Lets hope this is legit, Man that makes the statement a buck of a life time sound SO true!!!!!

88 Shoot me a pm i have a brand new parker side kick extream with 20 to 40 pound draw and its the one you can add the 40 to 60 pound limbs as they grow with the bow. I bought it this year after i feel and broke my collar bone and could not get my switchback drawn back. Its fully loaded,has had mabey 25 arrows shot with it and has a 127 inch 8 point under its belt. I bought it brand new on oct 15th and had the hope that my 14 year old daughter would take the intrest but it looks as though thats not going to happen.

I took a pic sunday of over 100 birds in one flock in our bean field and a couple of them were in half strut kinda mode!!! Over 150 birds in one field between 2 flocks is a wicked sight just wish i could have got off the road to take the pic. I will try and get it posted!!

Am all about whitetails spring,summer,winter and fall hence Four Season Whitetails.Started a lttle herd of whitetails and had to have a farm name.... Sounded good to me!!!!

That has to be one of the coolest things to do!!! I hope the bunny population stays up in your area so ya's can keep on having a blast. I have seen one set of bunny tracks all winter!!!!

If you can sit there and let some of the same ones slam different posts over and over again and call that working itself out then we have two different ways of thinking. First of all someone has to open a post to see what its about in the first place and then before long the bashing begins. You know who and what but i guess you choose to do nothing or say nothing. Nope just a great looking well fed yote. See a buddy heard if you take a young farm animal and tie it out in the middle of a wide open field the yotes and foxs would come runnin in for miles. He says if you draw blood that would even bring more. I myself would never dream of doing such a thing and then post it on a great hunting site like this one where the so called bosses (Moderator) lets people bash others or even join in themselves. That would just open the door for more bashing and we all know there is enough of that all ready. I just wish we would have taken pics and got police and dec reports before we skinned that big dude out. No pic.No report = It didnt happen. Joe we didnt sell that one. I believe we have a new state record or something with him. Robinsons 91 pounder beat us out by a few lbs but im not sure if he kept him. I think he would make a nice mount or rug!!! Even if it is some kind of record i dont believe it would ever stand up because we never got any pics of the darn thing or didnt take it to a cop or dec officer to get a written record of the time,date and weapon taken with. This really sucks as im sure no one will believe us and i know a few on here are going to bash us and try to hold us accountable for our actions..... Our bad i guess!!!!!

Hey if thats what you think keeps this site alive is the same names knockin down the posts of a few others have at it. I will be glad to help keep it going for ya and join in to be another that just likes to slam others posts. I forgot to tell ya about the 89 pound yote we got friday night. 14 yotes and 6 fox in a one night sit with 2 guys....What a time we had... Oh and 22 shorts did the trick on all of them... All but one took one shot kills.. The 89 pounder took 3... He was a bad dude!!! I pulled a boner and never got pics... Furs are up pretty good this year!!!

Instructors are a good thing but bright orange im sure has saved many more lives than someones words. How many people do you think really listen and do what is being taught. Talk to most and they will tell you how fun the class really was. Most just get through the class and move on!!!!

Dec need's to give one buck tag and 2 doe tags with no transfer of tags and let you use them in any season that you care to use them in. 3pt rule and one buck per season. You like to bowhunt then fill your tags and be done. You like to do bow,muzzle,shotgun. So be it. Fill one tag per season.

When we have winters like we have had this winter sometimes deer get colostridia. If the bacteria in the rumen is effected with the weather swings and the change in feed it can take them over the edge!! Its does not happen alot in the wild but does happen. We also had ehd hit in parts of ny this year so the weather swings can do a number on animals. They say a whitetail in good health can survive 60 to 90 days on their reserves if food is depleted so i would think we are safe for the most part going into feb. The big problem would be if the deer could not escape yotes and wild dogs before starving to death!!!

The good newz is if you had any deer last year you will still have deer but if you had no deer last year you will still have no deer. Winter cant kill whats not there. This winter is going to be a blessing for all the animals thats for sure. I think the turkeys will be the ones to thrive this winter.We have dozens of them pickin away in the cut bean fields everyday. They are lovin it!!!!!

Doc it was infact remains that brought cwd into ny state. There were 5 deer behind fence that contacted it from sloppy disposal of remains from taxidermy work. The 2 deer from the wild that contacted it must have been in touch with either the deer themselves or they got in contact with remains from the deer out west theirselves. CWD Will wipe out a herd of deer fast and the last thing we need in ny is another way to wipe out more deer in some areas. Just about every state has had atleast one case ofcwd so im not really sure they have a handle of where it really comes from. I can tell you that every deer farm is checked. 10% of the herd has to be checked yearly from shooting preserves and any deer that dies for any reason on breeding or urine farms.
