nice prizes! ill try it sign me up! -
i think its a good start for an app. i have a range finder on my samsung and it works....sort of. its things like this that will help attract young hunters into the fold. i know my kids are glued to there electronic gizmos, and if you can use them as a gateway to get kids interested...cool! I get a kick out of some folks here saying they would never use anything like this on thier bow... reminds me of my grandfather asking me why was i wasting my time and money putting a scope on my rifle, thats what the metal things on the barrel are for!!!

Hi everyone ! I never hunt in my life
tuckersdaddy replied to kevinwindwalker's topic in Bow Hunting
welcome to a lifetime hobby! bow hunting is the most challenging aspect of hunting you could start with. practice, practice, practice. theres not a worse feeling then doing everything right, getting within 25 yrds of a deer, and missing because you didnt practice! and above all have fun! -
Help! Explorer keeps crashing on me! (Not internet explorer)
tuckersdaddy replied to Deerthug's topic in General Chit Chat
you said you were running dell... theres your problem. i have 3 (lap top, net book and desk top) everything was great until the warranty ran out. this happened on all 3, the day after the warranty expired, i would get a call from dell service to extend the warranty, i declined, with in 2 hours i began to have internet issues (explorer) then operating system errors. just dumb luck? yea ok. i took all 3 units to a local computer hack, he purged them of all dell linked software, reloaded explorer on the desk top, chrome on the laptop and net book, and its been over a year now trouble free. he said this is the number 1 problem he sees with dell computers. just my 2cents worth. -
howdy!

listen to what the caller said again, these are standing open ended orders. 1.6 billion rounds, just from home land. add on dod, doj. ect.ect. that by contract has to be filled first, then they continue to reissue the contracts. Thats allot of ammo. to add to the big brother theory, my sound board on my laptop took a crap. so i listened to it on my phone. as i listened the gps kept activating....hmmmmmm

suggested parts for an AR 15
tuckersdaddy replied to jesse.james's topic in Guns and Rifles and Discussions
just tried it out, still dosent define whats legal and whats not. every thing that cuomos office posts on this subject is through the perspective of how they wanted the law to be, and they enforce it. when we read its whats in the details. So weather or not its spelled out, if its not in the spirit of the law you must consider it illegal until the judges define the details. yes it sucks, but unless YOU want to be the person that tests it, be very careful on pushing the grey areas. Also you keep saying its "your safeact" what state do you live in? -

yea that 22 hand gun should be legal as long as it has an 18in barrel and a butt stock..... -
suggested parts for an AR 15
tuckersdaddy replied to jesse.james's topic in Guns and Rifles and Discussions
Sooooo, when the state trooper pulls you over and asks if your ar is registered and you say no it doesnt need to because there is a quarter inch gap between the buffer and stock, and he takes his list provided to him by cuomos office as to whats an aw is and the names match, do you have tresmonds number on speed dial? you better hope so because you only get one call. you have to remember, just because they are the police doesnt mean they know the law. And until things get cleared up, examples will be made of people walking that fine line. Isnt tresmond the lawyer who had his case against the safeact dismissed? I may be mistaken on that. -

I've noticed when reloading Win brass that it always seen to stretch more than most. i end up trimming every reload. something i dont see as much with remington, pmc, and federal. with the shot gun shooting trap its another story, winchester AA all the way. more money up front, but i have hulls that have over 15 reloads on them, not one has stuck in the chamber (a problem i have with 2 of my older single shots) and with the factory stuff ive never had a failure to fire.
