Ive been using Picture This and it works great too. Have not noticed any commercials.

I have 8 hazelnuts trees planted, but my intention was for personal harvest. I don’t want to share them with the deer! They are only 4’ tall, but I have them in tree tubes for a few years. I’m planning to cage them for the 5 years after that until they can fend for themselves.

I got the same message. Tried a few minutes later and it went right through. I actually clicked through all the warnings to get to the site, but the connection timed out. Should we wait for the chinese postings to return?

I pulled a card on the 2 cameras I have out. 1 camera not firing at all, so I need to go back and check it out. I have more cameras to place as well. "Ginger Rogers" RIP 4 pointer just popping out. Best horns so far......

My buddy did that with the venison shanks from last years deer (s). OUTSTANDING. That looks great too!

I don’t have a pic, but the total was less than a 10’ x 6’ plot. I space the cloves about 6” apart and 3” deep in 2 close rows about 8” apart. Then I space the next row about 18” apart so I can easily weed. Plant the cloves in early October.

We just harvested our garlic, which we split 50/50 with friends of ours. There are about 350 bulbs. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

We were in Tupper this weekend too, had a nice family reunion. Didn’t make it to the Brewery, but had a nice pizza at Little Italy and a nice breakfast at the Swiss Inn.

Sending prayers your way, my daughter had heart issues as an infant and it was tough times for sure. So hard when they are so helpless.

I would second the suggestion of a small 12’ aluminum boat, provided you have a pickup to haul it in. That opens up the possibility of a second person fishing with you, and will be a lot safer and easier if you have little fishermen or women in your future.

Mowin, I have fished out of Mexico which is an hour north of Syracuse. Great fishing and selection of charters. This was last August. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

Shot on bag targets tonight. 10 yards 20 yards Not going to score 25 on these groups, but it will be a dead deer nonetheless. [emoji457] Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

I bought this chair from Amazon for $90. Kinda spendy, but it is really comfortable and the legs are adjustable. Should last for many years. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M9GBAEK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Just looked and price went up to $103 - glad I bought it when I did - must be the result of the Trump Trade War......

oh i am sure he will chime in eventually, but it’s after 9pm, so he’s probably in bed!

Thank you guys! I now have a reason to go to Bass Pro! I NEED LUBE!

Looking good Nomad! I have a question re carbon vs. aluminum arrows.....I have been using carbon arrows, but when I shoot into 3D targets they are very hard to remove. Someone suggested using aluminum arrows instead. The carbon arrows come out of the bag targets and me compressed foam target just fine, but those 3D targets are a pain. Thanks.

TreeGuy, AWESOME FISH! Where out of Ontario did you go? Last summer we went out of Mexico and did well, hoping to go again before Labor Day.

2014 HuntingNY Whitetail Challenge

On another hunting forum that ran a deer contest they split up the participants into 4 or 5 teams depending on sign ups. Usually 10-15 people per team. Rules Copied and pasted from their site: You must follow all of the game laws in the state/province that you are hunting.- All deer must be taken 100% fair chase/no canned hunts, that's cool for some but not what this is about...- Only Whitetail Deer count in this competitionEach entry must include a PHOTO of the deer showing; 1) The Hunter (YOU) 2) Fire Arm Used if possible3) Full Deer in the field, yard, vehicle or hanging. 4) visual of all antler points ( Legal buck must have at least 3 inches of antler and to count a point it must measure 1 inch) (Additional photos may be required) 5) Captain will post details of harvest to include date of harvest and weapon usedUp to 3 deer deer can be entered per hunter. No upgrades.- Antlerless= 2pt- Bucks= 1pt + 1pt per legal antler point (8 point buck = 9 points)- Archery harvest = 1pt bonus-Crossbow kills will not get the archery harvest bonus- Video Taped Kill and commentary of harvest= 2 pts- At the end of Sept all Sept Kills must be entered, you cannot hold out..the same at the end of Oct/Nov and Dec. One or two day carry overs will be allowed case by case based on the hunters situation (at camp with no internet...) - Each hunter will be allowed to enter up to 3 deer.- Each team will have a Captain and he/she will post the official entries on the official thread. - Each team will have their own strategy/smack talk board to post stories...- Team Captains will vote on any questionable calls...Tie Breaker will be total number of hunters on a team who harvested at least one deer. Team with the most player contribution will win in a tie. It ran really well and as far as I know there were no problems. Weight was not a factor as it is impossible to verify any scales accuracy or a hunter estimate. Just a suggestion, it was fun to be on a “Team” - if you were having a slow season, you still had a shot at “winning”. There were no prizes.
