  1. Can anyone I’d? Size of a basketball
  2. I’d suggest buying a piece of equipment each year, I’d go broke pausing to process deer shooting 5-6 a year. You’ll be amazed how much meat you actually can get.
  3. I’ve had more deer come after i pee in a scrape of out of a tree stand, they walk right to it. A ban on deer urine will work about as good as the ban on baiting, everyone will still use it and just order on eBay/ over state lines.( the same way I get me lead splitshot)
  4. Don’t worry too much about the tear if your spine is right, I prefer slightly stiff for broadheads. I’d suggest broadheads tuning your rest with bh and fp now and walk back tune. My bow will shoot bullets with a field point, but broadheads will be 8” right. I had to find a happy middle ground where they both hit the same spot on the target.
  5. what is your draw length, spine may be an issue here as to why your paper tune wont work.
  6. paper tune, then shoot a target with a FP and BH your going to use, move the rest until they both hit the same spot without moving your sight. Now move the sight so they both hit the center of the target. Dont buy into the dual spine BS it is unnecessary. Tune, FOC, arrow spine are much more important. Also you dont need top of the line arrows for hunting, spend that money on a good tune up at the shop or to upgrade something. https://store.elitearchery.com/products/elite-350-arrow-12-pack These are still the best deal on hunting arrows, (if your spine is correct for them). I have to put 50 grain inserts in since im only a 27" draw.
  7. I saw about 150 deer in bow season last year, i think 3 in gun. Its so nice to see unspooked deer, 5 bucks chasing the same doe, bucks fighting.
  8. I got some trypans ill try this year, and if i don't like them then rage hypodermic +p. Always will keep the NAP Slingblades though they work great just open when stalking.
  9. I was thinking the same, I have them in a quiver with no foam, I don’t think I’ve ever had a blade pop out and I’ve gone through some serious shit.
  10. Yes, new rage trypan hypodermic, the blades are a bit more swept back than the hypos. If you want a photo I can put them side by side with the hypos, and hypo. +p. They’re titanium this year and the collar is slotted with only 2 tabs so it’s impossble to put on wrong.
  11. I sit in a tree with no branches, no cover around. Never been busted in this tree and have shot 5 deer with a bow. Depends on the hunter i guess and how wel you are at minimizing movement. I shoot my bow siting, 65lbs ( I can do 80), and with an elite so I can hold it back forever.
  12. I got these for $15, idk how my buddy’s gets them for $15 (no he’s not a thief) but I don’t ask questions.
  13. Slingblades are a steal. I have tons of them and always carry a few.
  14. Yup, some seriously good spots in 7p and 7s. I now have 7 private land spots to hunt and excited!
  15. First one shedding on my cam here in 7s
  16. 40 yards, light nock and practice bh.
  17. Coulda eaten something bad too
  18. Clothes washed, need to treat with sawyers, bow shooting bullets, stands checked and straps replaced, cams up have a boat load of does and a few bucks all daytime( no predators which is crazy). I’m ready to say the least. Nothing hard horned yet but it will be any day, scrapes are reopening around here.
  19. I’ve had one and my dad has had one dressed over 200, realistic i bet there’s 300-350 lb ones out there but rare.
  20. get flag pole holders yous use on a porch at an angle, screw into tree and put a branch in them.
