I am really liking it. I have not used the charcoal side yet. I have 2 other smokers for big smokes but this is handy as heck for family sized smokes. It seems well made and thought out. Hope you enjoy!!

It’s a hard thing. I’ve had 3 grandparents suffer through it. My grandmother when I was still just a youngster. 8-9 years old. Now my moms husband is starting to go through it. ok I'm so confused now!! It's not "homemade sauce" if canned tomatoes are used! You gotta start with tomatoes! And that takes more than 20 minutes........ I've made scratch sauce and it beats anything but I am like most on here take canned, tomatoes or sauces and add to them to get what you want. That can be achieved in 20-30 minutes.

I had '79 Monte Carlo we dropped a 396 big block outa of a vett in. Had a ridiculous cam, straight dual pipes. You'd get a hard on just sitting in it listening to it run lol. Got to a point where you were always fixing or upgrading, my buddy was the mechanic I was less inclined and always liked the driving it more than the working on it. I still love an old late 60's Camaro or an old Chevy pickup but my disposal income has better uses presently. That is one sick car WNY!! I'd get a boatload of tickets with that ride!
