    As soon as it dries start working on food plots ,move a few stands, cut some new lanes, hinge cut a group of trees, maybe add a stand or two.

    Our tax dollars hard at work protecting state employees jobs.Everything they do is in months and years for answers,more and more regulations put in place to protect their jobs. Good thing private enterprise doesn't operate as government does.Good luck, keep looking the right place will show up with much fewer headaches.

    Not sure if this was brought up before, when you start dragging equipment around to do work with that your getting paid for you should have additional insurance that will cover you incase of problems, also you will need DOT numbers for your tow vehicle.Its not as easy as it was years agog lot more hoops to jump thru.

    Don't discount the other orange tractor,Kioti.I had a NH 35 hp,bought new 2003,wanted a new tractor 2014,wanted a 40 ish HP, looked at all of them,Kioti was only one that was same size as old NH,all others shrunk the tractors.Kubota was a really nice tractor but i would of had to go to 47 hp to keep larger frame tractor, which had no rear remotes as standard equip.and was $5500 more than the 41hp kioti,so far its been a great tractor.

    When i was still working,{driving truck} I tried all different kinds, ended up with wolverines' used to buy them at sears, they were around $100,cheaper if bought on sale.Extremely comfortable to wear all day, in and out of truck numerous times, very light also.Dont remember style number but they lasted 3-4 yrs.

    Got a Broil King,think it was made in Canada,bought it in 2006 just replaced the grate other than that its been excellent.

    Don't tell to many people except helpers you can trust, you will have the local health department nocking on your door.In my area the rental places have pretty reasonable rates for all weekends, just need to book far enough ahead.IMO also a 24-25 hp tractor is on the small side for doing any kind of side jobs on a regular basis,I believe they are more for homeowner use once and a while not on a daily basis.
