  1. You can hunt/fish/hike/camp 365 days a year. Plenty of substance to share.
  2. We had the same crap with other members who went away, who might have reinvented themselves as grouse. Papist and vjp. It’s a nonstop barrage of the same stuff. If we could get rid of grouse and im gonna include bowman and gobbler too, we would be all about normal stuff. But mainly its grouse. I’ve noticed the other two seem more reactive than proactive. And everyone can spare me with the first amendment fascist sh*t. Its the truth.
  3. Grouse and bowman. And I’d bet if grouse was removed from the forum things would go back to quasi normal. I’ll be labeled a anti first amendment fascist nazi communist dictator for saying that, but F it lol. Im a couple moscow mules deep. i had enjoyable day outdoors today too. Hit the surf with my son and caught a couple nice jacks.
  4. Im assuming you’re serious. One of my best friends was a die hard liberal and has the same sentiments. He has swung to the other side cause he said the party has gone bananas.
  5. My last kinda off topic post. Obama is a warhawk. Always was. And Donald Trump was able to speak with world leaders. Take me back to the last four years please.
  6. Obama was a Middle East murderer. The man droned the shit out of anything. He drew lines and then bombed the hell out of anyone in his path. thank goodness DT kept us out of foreign wars.
  7. Jack Crevalle We also hooked into something big!!!! Fought it for about 7 minutes and it got tangled in some driftwood and broke itself off. Im thinking it was a snook
  8. You can say what you want but that doesnt make it true. Cubans of south Florida are the conservative base down here, which 100% includes the criminals that castro released.
  9. Working in the inner city I found out that the overwhelming majority of people are more interested in hunting then scared or opposed to it. They’re generally clueless and want to know more about it and I’ve actually had people tell me that they want to start hunting. Or I’ve brought venison in for them because they want to try it, and bow they request it. One time I brought a pack of venison stew meat in for the Yemeni bodega owner who I am close with for his family to cook up. I love taking to them and letting them know the stereotype they have about hunters is far from the truth.
  10. Funny lol. I lived in the bronx about 10 years ago and we had a butcher shop on the block. I asked the guys in there if they could butcher a deer for me if I needed. They barely spoke English but we had an understanding. The told me to skin the deer and bring it in at night lol.
  11. You know what’s funny about this sentiment. I was born in ‘83 and I did the bulk of my growing up in the 90’s and early 2000’s and i romanticize it when i think about my kids today. And I was told by my family that when they grew up it was the heyday. I think its all relative. I loved when i grew up and I wouldn’t change one thing about it, yet you might want to change everything. Not that you aren’t wrong, but it’s funny to think about how we look at our formative years as “the golden age”.
  12. Saw that for 7.62. Why arent American companies producing the same cheap steel cases ammo as the russians?
  13. Was just creeping around in cheaper than dirt. Did a quick search for 223/5.56. American made fmj is right there with the russian stuff price wise. So idk.
  14. Shoot me for buying american made ammo….. just not with any steel cased milsurp mother russia stuff lol
  15. What American outdoorsman would buy russian or chinese ammo to begin with?
  16. I remember reading about parking wars at state forests between pheasant hunters and deer hunters…..
  17. I think we are on the same page but im not sure. Illegals can kick rocks. Im taking about us citizens who aren’t able to physically get to a ballot. like u mentioned. Us citizens who aren’t physically here to vote. Not the fiasco that happened in 2020.
  18. I cant say for sure, but today was. This is an inlet to the gulf so i dont know if it gets as packed as the “beach”. But was nice for sure and ill be back at it tomorrow
  19. Big Carlos Pass- Bonita Springs, FL.
