Never hunted down there, but we have quite a few members who do/have that should help you out. Here's a starting point that might be a little help; http://www.pgc.pa.gov/HuntTrap/LicensesandPermits/Pages/LicenseTypes.aspx#.VsSlz_lViko

Nice grow. Just a heads up, I am in the works talking to Biz, he's picking me up on his way out there to hunt your land. LOL

First time sitting in that spot. Been sitting a little farther up the mountain, and yes, I have seen a few does walking that stone wall always just out of bow range. Tried to get set up closer today. -

Congrats Elmo! Slow morning, no deer seen. Called it a day around 10:30 this morning. Wind is nasty, all you folks hunting in a tree must be getting sea sick by now. -
I'd like to keep this going, but I am going to try and get some sleep in case the weather breaks and I can hunt in the morning. Have a good night Biz.

It's all good Pedro. Viva la Mexico! I bet Uptown Redneck drinks Corona too. LOL
-
Yet, you felt posting multiple pics of Corona worthy?

Is this better? A hearty amber in a heavy metal glass with my favorite song from Slipknot right up front.

This is hilarious Zem. That's almost exactly what we had for dinner. Homemade poppers, and Price Chopper had a BOGO for the "Take & Bake" pizzas.

Just because it's not high fence doesn't mean they count. LOL -
Happy Birthday WNY Bowhunter!
-
Nice. I will be making some poppers from scratch myself here in a few minutes.

Alarm went off, heard the rain pouring on the roof, got up and checked wind and temp. Decided to spend the day with the g/f grocery shopping. ......... Did see 2 deer laying on the edge of one field, and three more milling in the rain in another. Also noticed the dead doe just up the road is still there. Would have thought DEC or local police would have gotten off the side of the road after two days. -
I didn't say that! Work on those quoting skills there LJC. LOL

The best county is the one you hunt in! Stop worrying about other places! Just hunt the areas you hunt and stop worrying so much about what goes on in other areas. Keep worrying about the other hunter and you might miss a great buck, or big doe.

That's a paved road. Where was this pic taken? Is that where you hunt? Walking in off a paved road?

You sure he hasn't snuck in on you while you were reading from Info Wars or something? -
Just in time for Halloween

The problem with this pic is it actually makes Chelsea look better. -
If you wanna toast Dom, post up pics with a cold Bud, that's his preference. Or, post up some recipes you use beer in as that's what he asked originally.

4B has three public lands to hunt. Not a one is actually "suburban", and none of them are easy to hunt! One is a big swamp, another is thick with under growth, and one is so small that the locals have cut off the best areas to hunt in. There are houses in the areas of public land, but not really near a city or full blown 'residential area'. There are homes near by, but not close enough to be called "suburban hunting". The Pine Bush is suburban. TPB is a mecca, it's big, but not really that big. It's surrounded by the thruway, Albany Street, Central Ave., the RR tracks, Washington Ave., gas stations, strip malls, and there are more homes and businesses surrounding it then any public land north of NYC. IMO, the Pine Bush is like hunting in the city.

Happy anniversary to you and the MRS., and happy birthday to your daughter.

I don't hunt from a tree stand. I am either in a blind I made with already down wood and brush, behind a camo burlap cloth, or starting a few days a pop up blind which may offer an opportunity to use my phone. I might snap a pic or two, but my phone is the last thing on my mind when I am hunting. So ! LOL -

PFFFT! Says you! For the most part my phone stays in my pocket, I'm deer hunting, not surfing the web. -
They might be looking at the amount of out of state hunters that hammer the Pine Bush. You have been there, quite a few MA plates. Also groups of hunters consisting of 4 or 5 vehicles parking right off New Karner Rd. So if all the people hunting that small area were give 4 DMPs, it might create an issue in the over all population. They also have a few things wrong about 4B.
