Good luck TF, to you and your daughter.

I'm no IT guy, I never stay at a Holiday Inn, but I ran my own site for 5 years, and taught myself a few things along the way. I want no keys to this kingdom! No one willingly rolls around in Poison Ivy.

I think it's a coding issue, from what I understand John is the only one writing the code for this site. Most likely the other Mods only have rights on the forum. IE-- to move, edit, or delete threads. They probably do not have access to the the CP to edit the main code or software of the site. I give props to eddie for trying to get the posts cleaned up alone at this point.

2 Women Attacked By Coyote(s) in Wayne County
DirtTime replied to Cabin Fever's topic in General Chit Chat
Coyotes do not attack people, pets, bother other animals, or poop in the woods. Canis latrans are a peaceful creature, that spread love and peace. It's like the Muslims, some are good and some are evil. What does the damage are those pesky canis painus inthe anus. Two totally different species. -
This works. Been doing it for a couple days now. Like fasteddie said, you have to give it time, patience.

Could be on to something. Baiting or not ?

So...............I have to ask........ Does one think that by climbing inside a pumpkin they will find prince charming? Get some new glass slippers? -
Damn! Glad it wasn't worse. I wish you a speedy recovery.

While you, sir, concluded, I will not be hitting the range and a bench rest. That's not so! That will actually be next Saturday, and making sure the .25-06 is hitting right, and making sure the 7mm-08 is still on mark.

Happy B-Day Joe! Hope you hammered a big buck this morning!

Did I ask a question? Law is drinking brown liquor tonight. Nothing more to be said. LOL Just busting Law, don't let the brown stuff cloud your judgment big guy.

I shot mine for the first time today. I like the round, but I will be getting better glass for it before next season. I was mildly impressed with the Axis. It shot great from 50 & 100 yds with Hornady American Whitetail 117gr Interlocks. 10 shots and I was grouping in 4", acceptable, but I would have liked at least two holes touching. Probably shooter error. Sighted in while just leaning against a tree. The g/f took one shot and was in 5". So she is good, but, I would like more time to get it dialed in a bit more. I am not sure this is a great entry level caliber. Ammo can be hard to find. For a first deer rifle, I would suggest the .243 or even better a .308. JMO.

No high hopes yet. 6 in a row and I might get excited.

Spent the morning bow hunting. Nadda until walking out, then heard the typical sound of a deer running away and only saw the flag. Afternoon went up to the private land to sight in the .25-06 and have the g/f shoot it and make sure it was GTG for her. Seeing this was the first time I have been up there since the logging started last Feb, I took the .22LR for some bushy tail hunting while investigating. Not a single squirrel, but saw 4 turkeys, and a whole lot of deer sign. I think I will be able to hunt the land for deer in a few weeks. I have never hunted deer in the morning and greys in the afternoon before.

Fox in both pics IMO. Snout in second pic doesn't look long enough to be a yote.

Yeah, something is off for sure. "Like's" aren't working right, posting replies says "Saving" for a long time, but if you refresh the screen it shows the post. Been having issues seeing some pics for a month. It shows the code for the pic, not the pic.

Congrats to everyone who got an opening day kill. -
I found a guy. No need to de-bone, and ground is included in main price. Only extra are sausage, jerky, dogs, etc.

Not for me! I am not digging back there, just cleaning up. LOL

Sinister Clowns trying to lure kids into woods
DirtTime replied to Mossberg500Guy's topic in General Chit Chat
I was just joking. The pic didn't bother me at all. I thought it was funny. I was just making a joke that no one got. LOL -
Not hijacking the thread, never meant it that way. Just an observation on my last 3 shots with the bow. Added the smoking part as a joke. Just wasn't happy with three shots today.
-
OK! Time for some busting! This is in the Game Recipes/Cooking thread. I think all restaurant food should be discounted because you didn't cook it or make the recipe. Kidding!

I shot three BH's today. I hope it was opening day jitters, but I was not 'on' today. 26yds, no pics, sorry. 1st was 2" high but center, 2nd was center but 3" left, and last was center but 3" right. I had to be shaking a bit. I swear, I almost went and bought a pack of smokes. I guess the best time to quit smoking isn't just before the bow opener. LOL
-
No problem. Thank Jeremy K as well, he gave it to me, I just passed it along. Hope it's shooting good for you. Good luck with it. OH, that peep sight gathers light great! It came off an old PSE I bought a few years ago. I will be getting one like it for my bow next season.

I wonder if Ronald McDonald would taste like a Big Mac or a Quarter Pounder with Cheese?
