Good choice we’ve been several times, the Canadian side is so clean and nice. Enjoy ..

How about Watkins glen, the park is open year round and with this warm weather I would think most of the snow is gone and you could hike the glen.

It’s not just for mudding , carrying a lot of weight plus turning larger tires can cause the belt to slip in the cvt sheaves thus causing one to burn the belt. You can buy heavier coils for your stock shocks to increase the load. But having said that you do know that the rear rack is rated for 198 lbs and front is 110 lbs. Your over loading the quad and there’s no fix for that. -

How much weight are you hauling ? You can fit 30’s on with no lift, I run 28’s with no problems. If you go to a 28-30 inch tire you’ll want to consider doing some cvt clutch work. Going up more than a size or two on your tires you’ll loose your lower end torque. What kodiak do you have base / se / sport ? Anything but the base has adjustable springs , you can crank them all the way up and carry a lot of weight. Cleaning / working on guns and archery equipment is the reason I did this. -

Yep I have zero complaints about my (cheap) turret press. I load all my handgun rounds on it and have no problems shooting 100 yards with my 44 accurately with them.I reload my rifle on my single stage and the little C - press has a Lyman universal de-capper that I de- prime everything on. -

Sure can, I used bed liner to coat the steel and wood . The angle iron is actually old bed frame rails I had laying around . This is the hitch receiver I bought . https://www.harborfreight.com/3500-lb-step-bumper-receiver-69673.html I also welded up a storage rack for my presses. -
Built a new bench and used some left over vinyl plank flooring for the top. I didn’t like having my presses bolted permanently to the bench. So I had some 2 inch squared tubing laying around and I bought a harbor freight receiver hitch that bolts to a bumper and bolted it to the bottom of my bench . Drilled a hole and welded on a nut and installed a thumb screw to tighten when I install the press . Welded a piece of angle iron to the squared tubing and bolted on some left over pieces of 2x6 for the press mount. Works pretty good I’m very happy with it z

Advice on what you would do, for this coming hunting season

Yeah I left that one off as that gets hit pretty hard during the season, I had a few buddy’s that hunted there and they were lukewarm on it. -
So I’m trying to decide what to do for this years hunting season. We have thought about buying land, but of course there’s the cost involved. We are still actively looking for a lease too. But I decided to check out all the state land thats 30 mins or less from me and well as you can see by the photo from my HuntStand I have 9 state forest near Campbell. I’ve never hunted any of these as I’ve always had a place to hunt, but boy I’m considering just hunting state land. What would you do in my situation ?

Welcome aboard. 10 years huh , holy cow what took so long ..

Great photos ..

Funny how different manufacturers are , on my Lee dies if I flare too much it will catch on the bullet seat die.
-
Got ya , yep always want to flare the case mouth on straight wall pistol brass just so the base of the projectile sits nicely in the flare on its own. And always full size the case.So did the cases that split at the base get crushed at all ? Or was the case very difficult to removing from the bullet seating die ?
-
Tell me more on the 44 problems, I’ve loaded a few thousand with 3 different bullet manufacturers and have never split a case. Just curious are you flaring the case mouth enough ? Also what size / diameter bullet were you loading ?
