Really don’t need anything but if spending just to spend it would be a BFR revolver in 45-70 . Then I’d take the rest of the 2 grand and try to find reloading components for it.

I’ve noticed that , it seems the land that doesn’t include mineral rights is significantly less.

Thanks all, one parcel we were looking at has zero mineral rights - oil / gas & mineral. Owner must have sold them off.

Wife and I are looking hard at buying some land, and wanted to know if any of you have bought land with out mineral rights? Any pros or cons you can pass along, we really don’t care about getting money from the minerals if any exists. Just looking to put a small camp on it and use it for hunting and camping etc. From what I’ve read it seems the owner of the minerals really can’t just set up a drilling rig with out some form of amicable agreement , is this correct ? Wife loves her bird feeder as do I , probably the coolest bird we ever got was a few years ago we had a Baltimore Oriole on it .

I installed the the third hand on my climber it works very well and I like the adjustment.I painted mine OD green just to get rid of the glare. I used to just lay my bow across the top of my climber till one day I adjusted in my seat and then watched my bow drop 20+ feet to the ground.

So this is my last room downstairs to be remodeled and I’m finding it being the smallest to be the biggest pain. Ok what I’ve done - tore out old closest , drop ceiling and the double layer of luan and vinyl flooring .I framed in for a new ceiling and closet, new exhaust fan and light duct work / vent , installed duct work for heat and did a 90 for wall vent ( it is so nice having heat in the bathroom ) installed another outlet , hung half the ceiling and got the closet shelving in . We’re using a PVC dual sided shiplap one side is standard shiplap and the other is wainscoting. Wainscoting side going on ceiling standard on walls . Will finish up the trim and and install bifold doors this weekend after staining . Still waiting on the shower unit then more framing before install. Pretty happy how it’s going but still lots of work left.

You can tell us , you did a full throttle launch in 4 wd and all that torque popped the dash .

I found a blow down with a 4-5 ft hole that the root ball left. I was going to build a ladder to get into it , but we lost our lease before the season started.
