  2. We'll, that escalated quickly! Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
  3. I looked at those last year but if I remember correctly you can't buy replacement blades for them? Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

I just picked up 30lbs of smoked salmon today that I caught last week! Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

Today was insane, we left at 1pm, I had over 45 hookups and I stopped counting. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

It was definitely a great day, non stop hookups, it'll only get better now! Unfortunately I don't really chase salmon after deer season starts, but damn it's fun! Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
  8. So I'm supposed to pay 90% higher prices for a little better quality control? I hear what you're saying, I'm not arguing, just saying if these companies weren't so greedy some of us wouldn't have a reason to look to China for better prices. They do it to themselves, prices have increased dramatically in the last 5 years, in another 5 years will we be paying $75 for 3 heads? Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
  9. Because a bow is a one time investment, buying $100 worth of broadheads every year isn't. I spend a thousand bucks on rifles and pistols too, and I wouldn't spend $15 on a bullet either, neither would you. I don't hunt because i "need" to, it's not about money, it's the principal that these companies are price gouging. How are these companies any different than the "crooks"? 10. Sorry to tell you but your Rage heads are also made in China. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
  11. It's not just Rage, it's difficult to find a good head for less than $35-40 now. What company is working for us?? Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

Another hot day on the river... Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
  13. I'm fine with paying a fair price for a broadhead but $40+/3 isn't fair to me. I'm sick of paying for a "celebrities" hunting license every year. $30 and less I can tolerate, like mentioned above, if you shoot one a year no big deal, but for those of us who kill 3-6 every fall it adds up quick. Hell even the replacement blades are $20+! That's absurd! Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
  14. Field logic (Rage) did pursue legal action, now any shipment coming from China marked with "Rage" will not be allowed into the country. Oh, except for the ones Field logic brings in from China. It won't stop them from selling, they just won't put the name brand on a package anymore. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
  15. You can just go to eBay, type in broadheads from China, from there you'll see a bunch of different knockoffs. Just keep in mind sometimes they take a couple of weeks to arrive. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
  16. I bought a dozen a few months back, the only thing I noticed is that they rattle a bit if you shake them, I plan on putting some string wax between the blades in one small spot, it works to keep them from making noise. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
  17. I just can't see that deer hitting 100", he's "weak" on just about everything as far as scoring is concerned but scores are for sports teams, if you'd be happy with him then that's all that matters! My last 2 years bow bucks were barely over 100" and both have much better tine length than the buck in the pictures. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
  18. How did you leave a "pro" shop without being able to see through your peep?? First correction should be a new shop... Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

Do a little research online about the gear you'll want/need and from there the river will teach you! There's certainly a learning curve, but once you hook a 25lb fish in rapids you'll be hooked. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

No Coho for me, did see a guy get a Steelie though! Mostly just Kings running right now it seems. It's a blast, especially being all fresh fish they are crazy strong and acrobatic. If you're interested in it just go up to Pulaski and watch the guys in the river, you'll be buying the gear in short order! Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

Fish moving all day today, hardly any crowd and perfect weather! A limit of Kings. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
  24. My wife has a 2013 Crosstrek, it's a great car, it could do with more power but great on gas and phenomenal in the snow, resale is really high on them also. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
