  1. Merry Christmas everyone. (Yeah, let's not tell the DEC what Santa is doing here, OK?)
  2. Merry Christmas to everyone in the HNY community
  3. Thanks. I actually have a cultipacker like this. Still not clear on how a crimper is different, but I will research on my own. I have a pto brush cutter, pto discer, tow spreader for seed and granulated lime, tow cultipacker and chain drag. So I would think I have my bases covered. The driller attachment is highest on my list at this point so I can plant the food plot holy grail of corn. Thanks for taking the time to post the above pics.
  4. We did our traditional Polish Christmas Eve meal for my wife's family. On the menu was cheese tray, shrimp tray, crab dip, horseradish-mayo baked haddock, green bean casserole, 4 types of perogis, lobster tail, cream cheese-potato soup, ice cream cake, cookies, chocolates, et al. We do it buffet style. Pictures aren't the greatest, but here are some.
  5. Would you have a link to the one ton AG lime spreader and 3' Genesis seed drill? What's the difference between a crimper, a roller and a cultipacker? Thanks.
  6. I will have to check that out. Thank you. Funny thing, I own a disc attachment, so I will be bummed if I find out I don't need it.
  7. I had venison shank cacciatore over mashed potatoes. I made it a few weeks ago, portioned it out into plastic soup to go containers, and put them in the freezer. It came out good. No pic because it doesn't look that appetizing. I let it bake for too long, so all of the water in the sauce evaporated and it's a tad dark. But still very tasty, I just add a little water when I reheat it.
  8. Biz, you are the WMU champ. You really do get around.
  9. Don't worry, they make one for you, Larry.
  10. Could you elaborate/explain what this process is? So you never disc or break the soil in any way? Do you brush hog it beforehand? Is crimp or roller = cultipacker? Thanks.
  11. Wolc, I think you and @Biz-R-OWorld cover the most distance between WMUs in the same season. That's interesting.
  12. I want the deer ones like @TreeGuy's.
  13. I hope this hasn't been covered before. I thought it would be a good post-season thread topic. How many different WMU's have you ever hunted? In the same season? I've only hunted in two, 9A and 9M.
  14. Did any of the doe see you/get spooked? Going back to that same spot?
  15. or Josie, like Josie and the pussycats!
  16. I saw 3 doe at the edge of a small patch of woods, 20 feet from the road, while driving home from KFC in Amherst.
  17. Would anyone be familiar with Wood and Brook Sportsman's Club in Lancaster allowing members to hunt on its 80 acres? Their website mentions the grounds as being open to members for hunting. Total acres is 80; not sure how much of that is huntable, how crowded it gets, etc. Would anyone have any info on this? Thanks.
  18. OK, OK, hold the applause, please.
  19. Oooo, look. A his and hers combo.
  20. $4.99 at Best Buy https://www.bestbuy.com/site/duke-cannon-big-ass-beer-deschutes-fresh-squeezed-ipa-soap-tan/6393927.p?skuId=6393927 Just so we're clear, this is for external use only.
  21. So would the brassicas present edible material earlier than the soybeans, giving the soybeans a chance to establish themselves? Is that the benefit of mixing the two?
