I never have driven a semi....... but it seems like all hell breaks loose when one of those guys starts going sideways!

Wicked Lake effect Back at it in WNY this morning.......actually a smart move by King Andy to shut down the thruway last night from Rochester to Ripley.....not need for semi's and commuters to be stranded for days again.

Hands down AT is the number one sight for buying and selling new and used bows. Just bought a 50/60 target red Elite Answer and the Bow arrived in pristine condition! Look into an Athens bow, great shooter and comes with the lifetime, transferable warranty as well. Around mid Jan-Feb is the time to look on ebay......a lot of small bow shops throw stuff on there to recover some lost profits.....most of the bows are sold ready to hunt as well if picking up from a small shop.

You are headed in the right direction.....like Skillet said you now need the sun to help you along with this process. Deff. an experience doing your own, but sometimes in the end it is worth 100.00 to have it done by someone else.

I paid 29.99 for .22lr, I liken to keep a couple thousand rounds on hand. Starting in March my dad, wife and myself shoot in a friendly .22 rifle league, so we can blow through it pretty quickly.

In western ny the shelves of Cabelas, Dicks, Gander, and Wal-Mart have a full supply of .308, .223, and .17......still in very short supply of .22lr and .22mag...but on the flip side I did pick up 1500 rounds of Remington .22lr at Gander, the guy said they got mixed up in the back with other ammo and ad been sitting on the shelf for 2 days so he sold me all 3 boxes.

Was the main reason he was leased the land by the non hunter..... to shoot doe and reduce the heard reaking havoc on the flowers??

We hunt exclusively gun hunt out of permanent ground blinds and they are amazing. Zero movement is detected by deer, out of the elements, and a solid rest for long distance shots....a few years back it was a miserable rainy opening morning and we were able to stick it out for the long haul in the ground blinds....by the close of opening day we had 5 bucks in the ground, and a sixth was killed the following morning in a mini blizzard...

Slight drizzly in 9g....had to park on side of the road because it was to risky with the depth of the snow to get the truck and atv trailer stuck......sitting in a honey hole that hasn't been touched in a while.....lookin for sonething to stroll by .....wouldn't even mind a yote at this point!!
