Don't ever try to put goose or duck in the crock that is way to long to cook. For geese I always just take the breast and trim to small cube size pieces. You can marinade in any cheap Italian dressing for an hour. Then take a slice of bacon a chunk of cream cheese, a chunk of pepper and roll up in bacon. Put on a kabob stick with veggies of choice and grill. When bacon is done goose is done. Delicious
