I have not taken anyone hunting but I can tell ya my old neighbor took me when I was 14 years old and had such an influence on my feeling of the outdoors. I wish I could get out there with him now.

I dont know how good I can call I never hunted for the yotes before. I have 60 acres but dont know if it hold yots or not. I am a newbie at hunting them so if your looking for a person to show you the ropes I'm not it, but would love to give it a try.

I was plowing the other night and pulled up to one of my stops and there was a monter 8 and another buck going to town on his landscape bushes. My thoughts are deer will go anywhere for food to survive, wouldn't you.

I shot both a bout a month ago along with other brands and thought the Mathews was the right choice for me. But shot alot of arrows before I made my mind up.

If you guys saw a good spot on state land far away from the beaten path and a tree had marks on it from a climber, would you set up near there and hope that person is not there or going to show up.

That is good info, the state land I hunt you need a permit and the first line says no tree stands are to be unattended. Maybee I will visit the office and ask them about this. Thanks

I went with the brown deception pattern. Looks nice, it will work with some layering but they told me that the poly stalker jacket would be for the temps Im looking for. I am going to definitely get some more with some green in it for spring turkey.

I just thought I had to see for myself on why this stuff is so reasonably priced so I ordered the steath jacket and 6 pocket pants total price I think was around $130. Got it today and the paterns look better than I expected but the jacket is thin. I asked for a jacket that would be a good 40-60 degrees. With some layers I think but not what I hopped for. We will see.

Well this post is old but just a little update and venting. I sold 2 sleds so far and on my way to buying that piece of land I want, but my wife has a change of heart and wants to use that money to put an addition on our house > . I live in an area were my taxes are high enough and an addition will raise them big time . We dont need the extra room but it would be nice to have more space, but I really want a place to get away. I have put alot of time and money into those sleds and kinda think that money is mine to do with what I want. Sounds selfish but I cant help feeling that way it makes me so mad. For now the property search is sorta on hold and money in the bank but I need some new suggestions to run bye my wife to convince her land is the way to go. Its hard to walk these properties now with the snow but come spring I want to start looking again.
