  1. I never use tape because 1. I think it's an eye sore. 2. I never needed it. 3. I don't want other hunters to see my spots. Even if I were to use them, I would definitely remove mine when the season is over. But as much as they annoy me (and believe me, I've thought of not just removing them but placing them in odd locations just to mess with the guy) I leave them alone. I never thought about removing the super old ones. That's a good idea. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. The virus lays dormant for 10 to 20 days after infection so it's very difficult to determine where you got it from. Someone could get infected today and won't know until weeks later. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. There are a good amount of people who do not have any problems with hunting but the media has made it such a taboo out of hunting that they are now afraid to be associated with it. It's like racism or racial remarks. In your mind you may believe it but you will never admit to it in public.
  4. Sweat is part of the list of bodily fluids. Him going bowling last night while feeling fatigued might be the only concern. Even though he takes the same train I do, I'm not as concerned about Ebola as much as I am concerned about the with the inevitable public panic. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I don't understand how they let this guy back into the country without first quarantining him for a couple of weeks knowing his was treating Ebola patients.
  6. It's about to get real crazy here. http://www.nytimes.com/2014/10/24/nyregion/possible-ebola-virus-case-in-new-york-city.html?ref=nyregion&_r=0
  7. Orange hat on when walking/ to spot or stalking. Rest my hat near me when sitting. Vest and hat during gun season. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  9. I believe it is now $250 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I had gone two whole days without even hearing or seeing the word "ebola" till you had to go and post this. Thanks.

    Hello

Welcome to hunting and welcome to the forum. And congratulations on your first deer.
  12. I have a hardly used Mossberg 500 field 28" field barrel chambered in 12 gauge. It comes with 3 chokes and choke wrench. (full, modified, and improved cylinder). I've only put maybe 20 to 30 rounds through it. Choke case not included. 3rd choke is in the barrel. Retails at MidwayUSA for $189.99. http://www.midwayusa.com/product/742385/mossberg-barrel-mossberg-500-12-gauge-3-28-full-modified-improved-chokes-vent-rib-ported-blue?cm_vc=ProductFinding I'm asking a $100 for it.
  13. I shoot both, the Montec G5 and the Rage 2. I have yet to get a bow kill under my belt so I don't know which one I like better. I carry both and it's really a enie, meenie, mynie, mo as far as which one I'll nock when I get to my spot. I do stalk with the G5 though because the Rage blades tend to come loose when bumped against brush. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. That's just a lot of freakin' poop from one raccoon. Unless it's two separate piles and they coincidentally pooped on top of each other.
  15. 8 hospitals in NYC are prepping for Ebola, including my wife's hospital. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Huge for a raccoon. Looks like tons of berries in there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. It's transmitted through bodily fluids. Just was your hands before you eat and don't pis of any waitresses. It ran rampant in Africa due to poor hygiene practices. I'd be more worried about heart disease a diabetes in this country. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Yes, Lenny. You can pet all the rabbits. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. If you're in your stand already I'm guessing you found your watch? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Welcome to the forum. Love to hear your ideas as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. What a gift. You just had meat delivered straight to your house. =) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. In some ways, I feel when I use the term "harvest" I am lowering the deer to that of a plant life form and that's just disrespectful of the deer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
