  1. Last night I had a great dream. I was back out in the woods hunting deer and took a nice doe with the 30-.06 in the late morning. Sadly I woke up before I Could hunt another day. Sigh. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  4. I think I just threw up in my mouth a bit Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. For me it’s a lot of swamp water. Really don’t want an open cavity going through knee deep swamp water. Other than the water nothing else stops me from doing it where they fell. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Always in the field. Exact location does depend on what I have to drag through but always in the woods or an open field. The critters will have the remains cleaned up pretty fast. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I look forward to seeing that instructional video. I can picture the area you are talking about just cant imagine it’s that easy to cut. This could be a true game changer and remove the hardest part for me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. The time commitment is truly my biggest barrier. When we got our current dog as a puppy I lived 2 min away from my work and would always come home at lunch to feed her and let her out. I did that for months and months until she got old enough that she was only fed twice a day and could hold her bladder for the 8 hour work day. Now I work 40 minutes from home as does my wife so there’s no way to let her out for that mid afternoon break. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Cute puppy faces are tearing down my defenses against not getting another puppy! They are making me forget about all the training and responsibilities that go with a new puppy. Dang it they are just so cute though! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. MUST STOP READING THIS THREAD!!! LOL
  11. I have always just cut up to the breast bone and never split pelvis area. For me the esophagus was always the largest annoyance because you are literally elbow deep trying to cut it as high as possible. After recently talking to Treeguy I think I am going to pick up one of those Gerber saw's and split the breast bone. Even if it takes 2-3 min more to do that I bet I shave at least that much time off cutting the esophagus and the diaphragm with all the extra room created.
  12. They where no doubt hunters. What exactly they where hunting however is any ones guess.
  13. I think I've been asked DOB for spray paint before but never my intended use.

  23. 4th BEST! shoot this guy must be a real good guy for that
  24. Congratulations Larry!!!! Must be a good guy to have enough sense to ask you for your daughters hand in marriage. I remember going over to my now in-laws house to ask both mother and father in law for their permission to marry their daughter. I was more nervous doing that than asking my wife if she would marry me! Some might say it’s a silly tradition now a days but honestly it’s a sign of respect towards your future family. It’s a tradition that I hope doesn’t go away. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
