    How does that saying go? The best laid plans of mice and men..... I got out to the stand exactly when I wanted. Climbed up and was hooking up my safety harness when I catch antlers move a couple hundred yards away. I turn to quickly but quietly turn to get the bow up and here come 2 doe running in the opposite direction. I get the bow up the does are gone the buck is gone and here I sit feeling totally dejected. Oh well 2.5 more hours to go. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Saw 2 doe at 11:30 I couldn’t get them to come close. I waited for them to get out of site before coming in for lunch. I want to be back out in the woods by 2pm for the evening hunt. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
