How can the city levee anything against a property that is outside of the city limits, let alone take it away?

It was a single wide trailer. No basement.

I can see not shooting someones 'moo' cows, but an escaped animal that could become an invasive species, like pigs, or even an elk? I dont know. I thought exotics were not protected. Guess I was wrong, and Ill add another law that I dont agree with to the list lol. I do have a problem with someone saying they mistook an 800+lb elk for a deer though. I also have a problem with letting the meat spoil sitting in the back of a pickup. That guy should 100% be fined and have to pay damages to the farm. I dont care what range it was at, if you cant tell the difference between a bull elk and a whitetail, you shouldnt be in the woods, period.

Im selling my Remington 870 12 ga slug gun. It has the Sureshot stock and fully rifled cantilever barrel. I added the Weaver Grand Slam rings and Bushnell 1.75 - 4 x 32 scope. The scope has Butler creek flip caps on each end, and the gun will include the quick release padded sling. Gun is in 99% condition with only minimal wear marks and is less than a year old. $600 obo

Ethics are not universal. If they wouldnt have paid the bill, who would have been responsible for it? Its kind of like car insurance. Dont pay the bill and crash your car, its tough cookies for you.

The people would have had to agree to be billed. The hospital does make you agree to the bill, its in the paperwork they have you sign when you are admitted.

Id bet they would do what they had to to rescue the trapped person, then let it finish burning. I dont see why else they would have even showed up. Just my guess though.

The rifling will fill up with lead pretty quickly with those. You can clean it out of course, but it will fill back up again after a few shots.

Nope, 870 is gonna go. I already have a few other shotguns and I would rather use the money from the 870 toward the new one. I will never feel the need to abuse my shoulder like that again lol.
