belo reminds me of one of those kids at school that picks on every one and starts stupid arguments with every one for attention.Then when another kids backhands him he runs home to mommy and blames that other kid.He will swear up and down he didn't start it,and wan't the other kid in trouble. Funny how you took your picture off your avatar and one of the clubs/orgs you belong to from the bottom of you signiture. I find it amusing to say the least.Lets call people out then cry cause they are ganging up on my. Not good go on a friendly site and start bashing people trying to turn everything into a "debate" when it literally is just a discussion. I doubt sits in trees would want to sit next to you for long in a bar while you had to "debate" with him over everything and start to get under his skin.

i was never spotted in this suit and had lots of deer come by me in it.Filled all my tags in archery last yr with it.

you can get a dwi for driving excessively tired too.Did you know that.If you cause and accident ind kill someone,because you fell asleep at the wheel when you know you shouldn't be driving cause you havn't been to sleep in two days.You can be charged for vehicle manslaughter.

i usually hunt conneticut hill every yr.Lots of land and deer.Nice woods there.Find a spot and park and walk in.Going to have to depend on luck quite a bit but you never know.the literally give out doe tags for there too.

you don't think dragging that thing in to the woods isn't going to make you sweaty?If you leave it whats the difference between leaving it and your climber?You are nuts if you think that thing is just going to wheel in like nothing with out haveing to fight it over dead down fall or saplings.You will be more sweaty than before.I can drag my climber in and climb it with minimal sweat.Just put all your clothes in a pack the put them on when you get to the tree.And take your time climbing.Take scent killer wipes with ya.Or if you hunt the same area a lot,leave the outer layers in a contractor trash bag in the woods in your hunting areas.

I make a lot of my camo.ASAT type camo.I have a gore tex suit i got for rain suit that i used fabric paint on.ASAT/predator type design.I love to make my own camo.Just get a pair of pants from the salvation army and go to town.Desert camo is a good base for an ASAT design.I don't take many pictures but i have bins full of home made camo.

Oh ya.walk into the wind.Bring a wind indicator.And play the ridges.Play the wind with the hills and ridges also.Deer like to bed up on the opposite side of the hill that the wind is blowing.They can smell what is coming over the hill and see what is coming up it.Stalk up to a down wind side of a hill slowly and glass it or eyeball it really good.Might be mr.big sleeping there.

i hunt stand during bow.Some ground too.I like both during bow.Depends on area,conditions such as wind,and temperature. During gun i seldom hunt from my climber.I will if it is very noisy to move then i just sit still.Either on the ground or in stand or climber.If it is wet leaves and above 32 degrees then i will move ever so slightly.I will move from tree to tree.I may take an hr to move 100 yards and i may just sit next to a tree that i feel lucky at for a few hours.The key is being very slow and less movement and noise as possible.You can cover some ground on state land and do some serious scouting while hunting too.The key is walk slow and heal toe, heal toe.Got to be quiet.Lean next to a tree and watch 360 degrees,take your time to next tree and slowly keep watch 360*.I have seen lots of deer doing this.Its when you step and make noise,or make movements they see you get busted.

btw.I am a compound bow guy.If i had 1k$ to spend on a bow or crossbow i would buy a bow.But might spend 500/500 and get a crosbow for my uncle to use in archery.that way i can get him back out before the lockdown.

all this boils down to is common respect.Trying to push inches into the distance rule and ride in the grey areas with ignorance to the neighbors wishes,and being selfish with not thinking of the outcome of a wounded deer,and children or non hunting type woman around.Problem is some people just lack respect all together.They will push the envelope and not care how their neighbors feel.

there is no meat wasted if you hit it in the rib cage.Heart/lungs area.I don't know why this gets asked every year.If yo can hit the head,you can hit the heart.If you question your shooting ability and want a kill or clean miss you shouldn't be shooting.Hit the heart.You owe the animal that much at least.

i wonder how they do it in ohio or pa where they allow crossbows.surprised people still kill deer there with all the crossbow hunters messing it up for the compound bow guys.

I am dying to see how it actually climbs the tree. And i bet there is a disclaimer that you can't climb a wet tree.And forget it if it is below 32* and there is ice. All and all i believe if you were disabled this would help you to get out during archery when they allow the disabled to hunt with a crossbow.You just have to find a tree that it works good in and leave it there.Make sure there is a clean trail to any other trees you wan't to set up in also.Maybe someday they will make one that you can ride to the tree.Drive right up to it and strap to it then climb it and hunt.For disabled people that is.

i yearn for ice.The hunting sucks this yr.ready to fill the freezer with some perch.

main bedding is my back yard.60 yards from my back door.there is a doe that has bedded there for ever it seems.She has twins every yr.I only once had a chance to take her but decided not to.She brings the bucks into that thick crap.I usually stay out of there till gun.neighbors kinda messed it up this yr.But it isn't over yet,

all i know is that i want one,but can't afford to flip the bill.

I was thinking about it the other day.What if i put some sweaty stinky clothes in my stand areas,and i kept switching them out with new stinky clothes?If i kept them in the stand area do you think the deer would just get used to the smell and not take it as a threat?Kind of like the scarecrow method.They get used to it being there all the time and don't see it as a threat.Not that i am going to do this if it did work,since it goes against my personal fair chase preference of hunting.I was just wondering if the deer come accustom to a certain persons odor.Kind of like how a dog tells one person from another from their scent identity.

i want to put one in my ground blind.Then the deer get used to it too.LOL.
