  1. Thanks. I searched replaceable battery, and couldn't find crap. Just ordered two.
  2. I searched online, and the only replaceable battery alarm I found was a 120v with a battery backup. This one started going nuts at 6:30 this morning. I had just gotten up to let the muts out.
  3. Yrs ago good friend named his boat the "Master Baiter" told him I'm not going fishing with you.
  4. Last two lasted about 2yrs before going haywire and srart going off for no reason. Picked up two new ones about 3 months ago. One starts beeping this morning. No woodstove, fireplace, or any heat sorce that would omit CO running. Put it outside and it continued to beep for over a hr. First alert brand. I miss the 9v ones. Never had a issue with those.
  5. I've had this same issue for the past two months with my new phone. Absolutely hate taptalk. I've asked mods for help with no success. Every forum I'm on works fine except for HNY.
  6. Buddy of mine sells modular homes. He told me last week the manufacturer is 6+ months out. Supply issues is the main reason. He's waiting on one that's about ready to go except for countertops that are on backorder.
  7. My truck was built in August. Sat in a lot waiting for chips until it shipped in early November.
  8. I know people that own hundreds of acres. They only maintain the 1-2 acres around the house. They don't do anything with the rest of the acreage.
  9. Might work for some makes and models, but This spring I searched every Chevy dealer within 250 miles for a 2500/3500 crew cab LT. None to be found. Single cabs, cab and chassis, or top of the line trim levels were the only thing I could find, and they weren't plentiful. Ordered my truck May 18th, and I'd check every few days to see if one was available at other dealers, with no luck. Picked up my new Chevy November 24.
  10. I just wait until someone warms it up for me. Lol. It's truly amazing how bad a shithouse can smell in -20° temps with 6 guys using it. Year's where there hasn't been lots of snow, I'd walk to shore and fertilize a pine tree. One of my buddies works for a waste water department and brings up some Industrial stink be gone. Doesn't really help. Definitely try the ridged insulation tip.
  11. Good tip, but this sled will never see the parking lot of a restaurant or bar. Only gets used for this fishing trip.
  12. It's a awesome place. Very rustic. Woodstove for main heat source, with a propane ventless heater for back-up. Unfortunately the only bathroom is a outhouse. One hasn't truly experienced a outhouse until you sit on a -20° toilet seat, lol
  13. Just got her out of the shop last week to get ready for this yrs trip to Maine on Feb 2-7th. Started rite up. Ran it around the yard for a few minutes, and ran great. Going to check the slides, gear oil, and grease her up this week.
  14. If i remember correctly, he's getting a Silverado 1500 LT.
  15. Nice. I've got about 3000 miles on my 2500. So far I like it a lot.
  16. Lived in a mobile home for several yrs with a wood stove The skirting needs to be 100% sealed off from the outside, with return air ducts circulating the underneith air with the living room air. I turned the furnace to fan only. I had two small holes in the ductwork front and aft to keep the underside of the mobile home from freezing.
  17. Got the message also. I'll let you guys have her.
  18. Haven't worn a mask since this shit show started. Won't be attending so those vaxed don't give me covid.
  19. Ya, that's cold. And I thought the -1 I had sucked.
  20. Ya because no one would suspect a taxi....
  21. I don't doubt him, but I've never seen it. I know others that know him better than I, that have seen a lot more of his collection, then I have, and were absolutely blown away. His late father and uncle's left all of their collections to him.
  22. It reminds me of northern Maine. Hills and valleys with lots of pines and swampy areas. I can definitely see why moose would be in that area.
  23. Oh, definitely douchey, lol. Congrats on the new truck.
  24. Very good friends of mine have had camps on Dyken pond for 40+ yrs. They now live full time there. I know he's seen tracks, but not sure in he's seen one. I seen a calf in Old Chatham many yrs ago. Lasy yr my nephew said there was a FB post with pics of one on cty 13 walking on the Berkshire spur overpass.
