    So got out on the lake and it was perfect. Cloudy nice little chop. Dropped lines down and we both had a walleye hit in first 5 minutes but lost them both. Then in 10 minutes the wind came up, it started to rain and heard thunder. We go back to launch and storm passed but wind didn't. So we fished canal. I got a limit. Buddy had two shorts he had to release and lost a good one at the boat. He also got two bass and a pickerel. But tough start ended up being s good day. Stickbaits in the canal is a fun way to catch them..

    Of course today's weather is perfect and can't go out on the lake today. Grrr. Too much going on today for sure.

    Wide awake at 3 am. Not working til 5 so breakfast it is. A scramble with Genoa salami and green olives topped with Bionic potato topping.

    I would donate more tax money if they could hand out buckets of sense to folks that need it..lol Here's your common sense for the week, don't use it all up at once....lol. Govt ain't fixing what's wrong with folks for sure. It prob is easier to cut all the trees down.....

    Same kinda guy that moves to the country and then complains about the bugs and wildlife in the yard. I have a neighbor that was complaining about the fuzzies from the dogwood trees...." We pay taxes....this is ridiculous...someone can't do something about this!".... Yeah the govt ain't fixing the real prob there...lol.

    Its actually a pic on their website of a review of good pizza! Lol. My favorite is breakfast pizza and not a lot of places sell it. I get s slice here once a week. It's good . They have a stone oven. So the pizza is actually pretty good.

    one time on one of our guy fishing trips we setup a course for Casting golf. It involved a lot of beers !

    A bit of practice and you got it. Good luck, that will make a nice rig for sure. Dunno if you've used a compound before but if not my suggestion is to go to a good archery shop and get it setup to fit you. Makes life a lot easier. And you'll be off and running in no time.

    ive also not been putting any by my stands. I put them on trials or treelines or areas around it but at least 100 yards away. At this point my stands are set other than some tweaking here and there usually due to crop rotations. But i just like to see what might be out there wandering around. and when i do check them i dont have to go to where my stand is to do it .

    i have and hunt with a Bear attitude. Love my bow. Always say i am gonna try a high end bow but cant get away from mine. And its killed its share of deer!

    you use screws into the trees? was thinking of that but the land i lease has hardly any trees and always have to try to rig them up by tying them tight to groups of brush or something. Think i am gonna try that with them higher and angled

    prob right but i think deer are also curious..... what is that .... Bears are known for tearing cameras apart or off trees prob for the same reason. And lots of people get pics of the deer sniffing the camera. MAybe if they are checking it out and it makes any noise or flash they are out of there. Just thinking out of eye level this year to try and avoid that. Also this has happened with many different cameras and not the same one. And i cant hear any noise to them but def see the flash.
