I dont really understand why he is on here at all cause apparently we are all stupid and our thoughts mean nothing and he doesnt seem to even like a single person - so why would he bother is beyond me. But he is def the guy that needs a trophy to participate i guess. I let him carry on,there is certainly zero self awareness there which is a shame cause i bet he COULD be a real place of knowledge if he took the time to not be such a dick.

But see how you still don't get it. Of course not. As I have said before of course we want to kill a big buck. Duh x6. But is the reason you hunt ....1 - antlers, 2 meat, 3 cause I enjoy hunting? For 99 percent it's still 3. Cause no matter how big your antlers are if you don't enjoy hunting everyone but you wouldn't be out there. I am sorry you just can't seem to grasp this. There is no way I would spend 40 days in the woods hunting just for horns if I didn't enjoy the hunt itself. I just think your missing the forest for the trees here. A big buck is of course sought by everyone. But people hunt because they enjoy it. No different than any other hobby. Do you bowl only to become professional or get a 300 score? Do you play in a softball league only to win the league? Do you ice fish only to catch a state record, do you ski only to do black diamond hills...... People hunt because they enjoy it. And they don't "have to" have huge antlers to do this. But I will stop trying to pound a point into a rock. Cause you wont get it cause you have a hard time seeing anyone's but your own opinion. As yours is the only one that counts to you . Which is fine .... To each their own. Can't wait to be out hunting again, cause I sure look forward to it every year.

didnt ever say they were ONLY in it for the hunt - you are the one that said antlers are the reason people hunt. Antlers are just a bonus. And the hunters of wisconsin would agree.

nah! i was hoping to get this thread to 26 pages and then drop some Biz on ya and get suspended for 2 weeks! LOL and of course - duh X5 ..... of course people care about big bucks once again but - still not why they hunt for 99%. People in Wisconsin also get that, just not you. Take it to any state you want you still wont get it, whether your in any of them and Canada. Just because they want a rule change to have a chance at a bigger buck doesnt mean they dont hunt for the main reason of enjoying it rather than gnawing on their horn like you do. If you havent seen by all the arguements you been in here - most dont agree with you on well.. most everything .... including antlers. Thus putting you in the 1% bracket yet again.

so then why werent there more people that entered two does if it so easy ( we know its easy for you as everything is but civility) . And this contest isnt a measure of the fact that people are in it for the antlers only - cause again the grasp of something for fun has eluded you. I would bet 90% of the people that entered didnt think they had a shot to win and near that amount didnt care. Just wanted to have a fun season. Which most of them seemed to do without dropping a booner

well of course they had an AMAZING year! but still wouldnt be the winner to a guy that killed two spikes and two does.

really then did you look to see how many people entered two does..... yeah not so many it seems. And you are wrong again on the racks. If someone gets a 16 point then a spike that beats out two 150" 8 pointers - So a person who got a spike would be considered to have a better year. just in this contest that only you seem so concerned with scoring antlers. and remember it was for fun ...... thats prob why you didnt participate

My" Rack" isnt big enough so he is looking for another i fear! lol

Guy with the two biggest bucks wouldnt have won had to take some does to win - thus the best year- not the "biggest buck" as you stated.
