Nice score. I picked up my venison hotdogs from marsh mill Sunday and a guy there said next year gotta try the Bologna. Owner was talking about Costanza's too. I am planning on making maple this year myself. I made some summer sausage once and it was ok. But glad I had them make the dogs they were real good. It looks like Costanza's has a lot of different types.

maybe find an old grill - always see people getting rid of them. Usually because burners etc dont work anymore. All you would need is the shell

Smoked chicken quesadilla. Of course with mighty taco sauce and presented bionic style. Test run for next Friday dinner with GF. Think I might also add a little chorizo then.

Hard to beat this every year. Real tree hunting pants. $5 each regular $20. I usually grab two or three things every year. Never quick enough on the bibs though they are always gone.but got two pairs of pants.

Got venison hotdogs from Marsh Mill today. Very good. He mentioned Costanza's out in wny where a lot of you guys go. Said he was talking to them at an outdoor show this year and they both were talking how they have heard of each other. And that it's like Hoffman's and sahlens etc. Just depends on where your from. It reminded me of this thread so had to bump it. Lol But I had to try one and they were very good. Will have to get some next year.

My Dad when he was head chef at Hamilton college. Long before I was even born. Have a pic of him in white hat etc too with his staff but it's somewhere stored away. Hes the fella in the middle. Started off as an Army cook (after getting busted down to KP and they kept him there cause he could cook and after he saw some things in ww2 he said it was the best thing that ever happened to him) He also was in some fancy restaurants in lake George, did lots of clam bakes etc... Wish I had learned more about cooking but still learned a lot along the way.

My Dad was a chef so I had to report back what everyone made. He didnt know what it was as he didn't ever make Mexican food.

Only reason I had an idea cause in school when I took Spanish 4th year we all made a Mexican dish. And if I remember I didn't really like it. Lol but wow that was a long time ago. And it was made by a 17 year old. Lol It stuck out cause the rest of us made tacos, quesadillas etc. But that was different. There was a Mexican cornbread that was really good and another dish like a paella that was pretty good.

Posole - no idea if that's spelled right or close to the right word. Usually a pork dish maybe with hominy......

Made seafood chowder. Clams, shrimp and walleye cheeks, taters, white and yellow corn, carrots, diced bacon, a little asparagus, onion, spices etc... Yum.

If it was coming for my dog I would've went out there too. But def am using lethal force.
