  1. $ for my taxidermy bills, lol.
  2. Yes. I call them into an area where I have a deep holes covered with leaves. When they come in, they fall into the holes where I dispatch of them. Just kidding...my fault, read the title too quick lol. Thought it said "Trapping/Harvest"
  3. I plan to get back out there calling this year. Didnt get out 1 last season. Hopefully January & February will bring me some furbearers.
  4. Haha, a sheep or alaskan brown bear hunt would be nice of Santa lol.
  5. Shawn - still waiting to hear from you. Let me know
  6. You are just recruiting the wrong guys for deer drives. You need a healthy combination of marathon runners, world's strongest men, tree climbers, etc.

    Done yet?

Excalibur Crossbow = Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday. Each day dark-dark. Will be sitting mornings and afternoons. Still hunting midday. Hoping for a 2nd buck this year.
  8. I tried clicking the picture and link and it wont go through.
  9. Thanks. I'll have to try it at home I guess.
  10. Is it me or is the NYS Game Harvest Reporting website not working? http://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/8316.html

    Late Season

Hoping to get a 2nd buck this year. Will be out tomorrow, saturday & sunday. All days with crossbow.
  12. In both instances, the assistance of others is used. Humans are smarter than dogs. I dont believe either instances should be considered equal to hunting penned in animals.
  13. The fence prevents the animal from getting away. Dogs don't. People do deer drives (I don't), no difference than working with dogs as opposed to other humans. Like I said, I'm done responding.
  14. So you think a Lion penned in a fence is just as difficult to kill as a lion killed in the southern arizona mountains? haha, you're a joke. Go on a dry-ground hunt in Arizona for a Mature Tom, and then come talk to me. I'm done responding. You the type of guy who sees someone with a Billy Goat and says "oh that was an easy hunt". I should have taken before & after pics with respect to my 2 trips to Arizona. Nobody comes back from a high-fence reserve with any wear and tear on their body. I'm done responding to this nonsense. I could care less about you "walking" the mountains at your snail pace, try running as fast as you can without falling off a cliff trying to keep up with dogs.
  15. Browning BPS Pump 12ga. Shotgun with Leupold scope. I've shot at 8 whitetails in my life with it (6 bucks, 2 does). All 8 are dead.
  16. Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk 2 You got it. Pm me to discuss meetup.
  17. My brother bought the wrong ammo as a present for my Dad. Willing to give it up for free. Winchester Super X Rifled Slug Hollow Point 12ga. 2 3/4 Inches 1600 Velocity 1oz. "Designed for use in smooth bore barrels" Meet me in Westchester or Putnam County. 15 shells in the box.
  18. Slim chance? haha, you have no idea about DRY GROUND lion hunting FOR A MATURE TOM then. Do your research and then come back to me. Even with dogs, odds are very slim.
  19. Awesome!! Congrats. I want a bear! Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk 2
  20. Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk 2 Thanks all!! Haha, the red has faded into pink. It's his lucky charm, 15+ bucks with it.
  21. My Dad shot this spike this morning at 803am in Putnam County (3N). Story and trail cam pics of the same buck here > http://huntingny.com...-putnam-county/
  22. Yes, I did the chasing. multiple days of over 10 miles on foot risking my life many times. Between rock climbing with no equipment, killer bees, rattlesnakes, etc. So fish caught on a boat with a motor are not fair chase? If I hunted lion that are fenced in, that would NOT be fair chase.
  23. Thanks. I think my Dad finally took him because I was there to drag it out lol.
