    Shot three woodchucks the other day. Skinned, cleaned, cut up and in the freezer. Seems like as quick as I fill in the holes, a new chuck moves in.

    I like the new Schrade 220 series. I'll be getting some in to sell in the green and orange aluminum handles. Look like a real user friendly , afordable knife.

    Deer flies, horse flies and mosquitos. They about carry me away. Wet summers make them. I can't remember them ever being this bad.

    One pictular field has a nice patch of wild raspberries and black caps on it's perimeter. I haven't enjoyed such a sweet treat . The early ones were not useable, but they sure are now. I noticed a turkey feather below. Something else are enjoying them also. Lowers all picked clean, LOL.

    I have no set way. Heck I use my $3 pocket knife, get right in there and open the body cavity right up. Take a good deep whiff of it and dig right in. I do like to grab the bladder and literally squeeze the urine ( I'll be nice) right out of the animal. That way, no risk of meat contaimanation if I accidental cut something I don't see. The poop shoot gets it next.

    The only area, to get a cowboy hat from would be in New Mexico, where real cowboys come from. From the movie, "Cowboy Way."

    I experimented forging up some Damascus steel last year for a 13 " bowie. I have yet to cut the blank. Not sure if I got the right amount of carbon in it. At least it doesn't break, when dropped on the floor, LOL.

    Our coyote numbers are up as well. Come October 1st, I'll pass the doe and gun for the coyote all through the season. Hope the pelts are worth something. Maybe taxi a nice one myself. My own DEC. Plan.

    I had horse meat at a fast food restraunt in New York back in the early 70's. The were closed down, not for serving it, but for saying it was hamburger. Pretty good too, as I remember.

    This ruling was done for one and one reason only, to increase vote count for the Democratic party for the next presidential election. Quite surprised know one seen this coming or mentioned it.
