I would rather see someone poach a deer if there was a need than get food stamps..Like others have said , I would go for fish and other legal means 1st... Sell my weapon to buy food? That's just silly talk. What happens when the food runs out?.. I like to think everybody has there own little community of friends and family. I know that nobody in my group will go hungry ,my food is their food.. My meat freezer is in an outside shed and I've always said if there was anything they wanted , they know where it is. Occasionally some crappie or tenderloin will come up "missing". Lol.

When I lived in Connecticut i played volleyball with Bob. Doesnt get much fresher unless you live next to the coffee plants and a roaster..Its been 30years. At the time I was amazed at the $ being made out of a roaster and dinky building..bags of green bean going in the front and money out the back.lol http://www.schapira.com

Went to the local cattle sale.. She was 1/2 holstein 1/2 something else.lol..She was so wild that she knocked herself out running into a post at the sale. Everybody thought she broke her leg, so none of the buyers would mess with her... A few minutes after we paid she jumped up and was mobile.lol.. . Most of the animals were going for $0.50 to 1$ a pound on the hoof. She was still so wild we shot her in the trailer when we got home ..

4 hrs in a loc on stand is commendable 4 days in 60* weather is heroic. In 20 below is stupid.....just kidding .lol..(I obviously have spent too much time in one of those stands also)...... beautiful deer!

I'm in the same boat , right handed left eye dominant. I am able to shoot with both eyes open most of the time, but on occasion my left takes back over..took me quite a few years.. I still have to close my left eye initially and focus with my right before opening my left eye..

Probably true. Bernie is getting a raw deal .lol.. He had/has a decent chance of getting over 1/2 the democrats to vote for him. Not even close to 1/2 the American voters though... I am of the opinion that there are many who find Trump unpalatable and would possibly vote for a moderate Democrat but not a socialist. Heck! I'm pretty conservative and many times I wish we had a better choice than Trump..;)

Mainstream Democrats dont want Bernie... it was looking like he was headed for a possible win with the votes split up between all the candidate's. So those without much of a chance . Dropped out to get behind the leading candidate opposing Bernie.
