a decent rain will put seed on the ground..brassica is tiny will wash down through easily same with clover

used oil sprayed underneath then drive dirt road repeat few times car will never rust and bolts stay clean and can be undone when needed. most new sprays are enviromentally friendly abd just dont work as well

the only chance you have to make anything last in small plot is brassica and winter rye. perhaps with a clover. do not over seed!!! it is the fastest way to make a plot fail

co2 is not the driving force on climate change but is bill as. such because there is money to be made in " green energy" the main cause is the plastic in the oceans acting as a giant solar cover. this stregnthens the currents so warmer water reacher further to the poles . air currents known as the jetstream follow these ocean currents so the weather patterns change as well bigger dips and swells in it effect our weather . extra warm.water makes hurricanes stronger..funny how that happens right above the atlantic gyre and its plastic garbage patch solar cover.. air cools quickly but water doesnt.. unfortunatley there is no money in cleaning up plastic trash to be made so its ignored. this is easily.proven when looking at historic temps which didnt jump til after ww2.. and the invention of plastic. if co2 was the big factor there would of been a huge spike during the 1800s and the industrial revolution when every forest was cut and burned for fuel and coal was king with no pollution control.. funny the temperature jump you shpuld see with all the co2 emissions from burning is absent..

that is honestly a good price larger acerage goes cheaper. open land there is cheap people want wooded.. it was most likely.logged though thats even better for hunting. allegany coubty is one of the poorest in the state.. you can see reasonable and get some good cash quick or post a high number and wait 5 to 7 year to sell ..most big properties are cheaper than smaller.. in my own experiance

i never get wound up for season its a lot of workand wasted energy. deer are plentiful and easy to get. i only get excited to see someone else get something it seems anymore. my days of not being able to sleep are long gone. im more excited when it rains and we try someplace new for food...

just do google maps or usgs maps of area if you have address. can find out most info from satalite that is good price for land only..and needs work buildings may have need to just be torn down
