I got one of those also last pull. Difference is I gave permission for the young lady to ride my trails. Doesn't hurt anything and she stops around Sept.

The camera is set up in a horse pasture near a small gulley . The deer pass through the pasture and through the gulley to get to other properties . They feel safe around the horses .

Now there is some meat for the freezer.Always wanted to try eating horse has any one on here tryed and how did it taste.

Tried it at a food show once, was OK. Reminded me of venison.

My mom was born in france and use to eat it all the time as a child. She called a local butcher here to see if they had horse meat and they hung up on her!

Think the Red Barn in Batavia got closed down years ago, for serving horse meat as beef. Didn't say it couldn't be serve, just misrepresented. The price horses are now, cheap meat.
