I got within 25 yrds, he didnt care i was there could have gotten closer, but i was happy with the pictures didnt need a hand shake! The road is actually well traveled, it was 6:30 so the "rush hour" was over. last year about a mile across the river, another one was hit on rt 12, much smaller but it made a big mess of the car and bear.

it think the white patch is dirt on the windshield! i took them with my galaxy s cell phone, thats why they are kinda grainy after i enlarged them. and yes he was crossing the road towards a house, they probably left out a pick-a-nick basket!
