Wife nailed a basic’ish dinner. Salad with mandarin oranges , goat cheese , craisins ,ginger balsamic vinaigrette and oven roasted chicken that had a whole garlic head , a whole lemon and thyme with butter n olive oil. So dang juicy

Fresh venison steak marinaded in soy sauce - teriyaki- ginger , yellow bell , red bell and jalapeño pepper , red onion , tomatoes from garden ( for wife ) kabobs with side salad with mandarin oranges , craisins, shredded Parmesan with a blood orange vinaigrette dressing.

And the best corn I've had all season.

Home hickory smoked sausage, and string beans, as I always say, my ultimate comfort meal.  Its missing the potatoes/onions though which make it perfection.
