Sob. New fryer requires gallon of oil ? Who knew. Only have 2 quarts. So air fried wings it is. Not really sure could have been better anyhow. Carolina gold and garlic parm.

Daughter leaves for college next week. Been hammering out meals n things she requested. These smoked chicken nachos are pita but everyone loves them. Shared 2 great Mortalis with Michelle in final prep stages of assembly. Smoked banana peppers stuffed with ground venison Italian sausage, cream cheese , taco cheese and wrapped in Canadian bacon too. Bionic poultry rub on chicken .
