At first glance , i saw the pizza topper and thought it was the play symbol ,even though its backwards. "why the F did he take a video of a pizza"  


Could have been one of those old school pizza porn videos. Haha

I did smoke almonds.  Coated raw almonds with egg white and water mixture then covered with rub (brown sugar, sugar, salt, cinnamon, paprika salt and cayenne).  Smoked at 240 for 1.5 hrs and then when they cooled (still sticky) I coated again with sugar cinnamon mix.  Big hit with the kids.  I might try your butter coating next time instead of egg white but the egg white worked well.
