Got home late from visiting friends so just roast beef with horseradish cheddar sandwiches, a little Russian Dressing good to go.

Homemade turkey pot pie. I cheated and used store bought turkey gravy as I had no flour or corn starch to thicken a broth.

I thought I was alone!!! I just ate Broiled chicken breast, rice and green beans. Half over the kitchen island and half over the sink, while I stared out the back window, for no reason at all.  I always eat standing, in the kitchen, when I eat alone. Forgot that everyone else had something going on until later tonight..

We use the pre baked thin crusts from Wegmans. Cheating I know but so easy

Last night was baked chicken and whipped garlic potatoes Finally broke my hand mixer...today I buy a new one...20 years,not complaining. Baby beets ,Brussels sprouts and corn.

I have two pizza stones ...and BTW they work great for rolling out the perfect pie crust or sugar cookies. Tonight it will be pizza, peppers ,Portabellas,dried tomatoes,onion, sliced black olives and turkey pepperoni  or baked pork loin with rice ,broccoli and any left over veggies. We'll see how the gym goes today....

Sold a desk on Craigslist so I ordered takeout for the wife and I. Pizza and salad. Lazy tonight and she didn't cook dinner. (She pulled a muscle in her back so she's off the hook) Haha ????
