Upset, yes but also glad. You and your Dr. were aware of it and monitoring it. You caught it very early. This is how good medicine is supposed to work. That was well over ten yrs ago and he's been fine ever since. Although not a good idea he still drinks like a fish and spends a lot of time in the sun. left field Posted December 9, 2022 Share Posted December 9, 2022 My wife just had a rather small pre-cancerous mole removed from her leg. They took a ton of skin - at least 2” above and an inch on each side - in a diamond shape. Think dress pattern. This allowed them to close it up as best as possible though you can still see an indent. Her brother died of cancer that started on his skin and spread inside.
