Wood pallets for cabins,sheds, box blinds

I built my cardboard blind from a pallet packing crate...pic are on this site...can't post link while on the kindle.....

Look in tutorials March 2013..... I reposted on how I built it and put up pics...still standing still dry...though I haven't checked since this bad snow...it's still original cardboard roof..think 5 yrs. Now...

If you use cardboard, look for something with multiple layers as it will last longer. Also check with your local supermarket, many give out the banana boxes for free and they work great as they have a wax coating on them. Just watch out for the spiders that can be shipped in them. I was looking into using pallets and cardboard for a blind, but I never got around to having the free time. Post some pictures if you do make something!

Heres that link with pics....PS...new blinds as I stated will be water proofed with acrylic roofing paint that I camo...this will make them weather proofed enough to be close to the ground...I bought 4x8 sheets of 2ply corregated card board from a company out near Geneva...and had our son pick it up 78.00 if I recall and enough for 3 6x6 blinds
