bkln
http://shop.flir.com/dp/B00K0PXFB6 Did anyone try this for hunting? If so how was it? I get the thermals are the new thing and it make sense but on the phone? With the iPhone screen alone I would probably make more light than anything that I'm trying to see in the darkness. Scoped Flir I would like but they are soo darn expensive... What do you think?
jjb4900
I don't see how that would be of use in a hunting situation?? it's not like a flashlight, if you were looking for something that throws off heat it would help, but as far as I know it does not illuminate the area. ATbuckhunter
I thought about it before, but its just way too expensive to bother with.
Lawdwaz
I could use one right now to find a water leak above a new door.........
Jeremy K
I only know one guy that hunts with thermal vision.

Nomad
We use tic at work of course. I'd like to see the phone ones in person to,compare . With ours one can place his hand on a wall for two seconds and that hand print will be visable to the tic for minutes . I can't imagine the phone ones having the range or sensitively of ours but then ours are high 4 and low 5 figures. And yes every year guys ask to borrow the spares around hunting season ...... Not going to happen . From what I just read not the camera for distance , fine detail or temp ranges. Seems very limited in the woods.
