Eddie try some magnesium citrate. They sell it in the drug store. Its kinda like muzzleblast for cleaning guns, but for your body.

Some warm prune juice works well.The first few days are the worst.I feel your pain I had part of my bowel removed 4 years ago do to it telescoping.

I talked with my wife on the subject she's been a nurse for 25 years she recommends prune juice with drinking lots of water also,if that doesn't work maybe a over the counter laxative
