BizCT
Just realized some of my posts from 2017 were in the 2016 thread > Anyway, my Dad hunted 530am - 9am this morning (May 2nd) but no turkey seen. Only 4 salamanders. One of these days soon, I gotta go check my 1 camera still in the woods from the fall (I'm sure its dead by now). I will also leaf blow the spot where I tried to grow clover last fall and throw down some Whitetail Institute No Plow. if it works this spring/summer, i'll do it again in late august. BizCT
Heading to land soon. Will check the 1 cam that I haven't checked in months and replace batteries since I'm sure it's dead. Even though it's raining still, plan to plant some WTI no plowToday too.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
BizCT
Above pic shows clover trying to come back I guess. Anyway, planted the no plow today as shown below in several different spots.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The buck looks to be decent size (body wise). Hopefully he grows a decent rack.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
BizCT
Checked main trail cam and got yotes, turkey, deer. 1 or 2 yotes have mange it appears.I now moved this camera to the spot in front my blind where acorns are I planted seeds which definitely grew. This is where I got most buck pics last year. Hopefully in a few weeks Ill have some pics of bucks. Deer prints everywhere in here coming for new seed growth I guess.Found this feather on the way out.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

BizCT
Is the cam stamped with boly guard a cabelas brand cam ? SteveI don't believe so, but not sure. I bought is from Phade (member here). It was a cell cam that sent me texts, but then 2G didn't work with AT&T anymore and I didn't care to pay to upgrade it so I just use it as normal cam now. BizCT
Looks like 2 bucks are starting to come into two separate food plots. Looks like a 7 and a 5. Maybe the 7 will get the extra brow to be an 8? Regardless he's a shooter for my area.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
BizCT
Looked back at old pics and the 7, is definitely the best rack I have gotten pics as of July 10th in the last few years. Hopefully he keeps growing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
dbHunterNY
ends still look bulbed and was still mid july. he'll a few more inches all a round in a months time. so far i've only gotten 2.5 year olds and yearlings. we've got a lot of fawning cover and tend to have lots of doe setup shop on the farm over the summer. don't get an over abundance of bucks now. this week i'll shift cams to new sections of the farm. trying to see what's where before any shift when they get hard antlers. Cool, thx. Yea I'm thinking maybe the 7 turns into an 8 with an extra brow or the beam becomes a crabclaw. Would love to see him opening day of xbow.
