There were 2 rabbits and at least 8 squirrels in my backyard this morning. This snow melt is really good for the creatures we pursue. We all know sustained cold and deep snow isn't great. I myself even felt a little happier this morning.

I saw quite a few deer in the fields during the first hour of daylight while on the way to work this morning. Made me think of Spring.

My dog got to take a dump today and not worry about it falling towards him. He seemed to like that.

Going to be a 40 degree swing in weather Friday night right back to the cold.

It’s 43 degree lots of little animals out even seen a few bug hatches. This animal wishes he left the base layers home.

There was just an ice rescue on oneida lake.  That didn't take long .   One day of 40's

On any larger body of water ice will be sketchy at best after the warm temps and the rain we are supposed to get. Then you get 6" of snow to help insulate the lake and not allow it to freeze as quickly. I'm betting we are going to hear a lot more reports.
