Things started out not so good but ended up well!  Right off the bat I have two gobblers respond, only problem was they were on the wrong side of the road! 

Hunted MY side until about 6:00 am when I decided nothing was gobbling on the 400+ acres I had access to then figured I'd try and pull these birds across the hard top road to my side if possible.  Well, it worked out as I hoped and he got a free ride in the Silverado. 

28 yard shot, 12 Benelli SBE 3.5" Federal #6.  21 lbs. 9" beard and 7/8" spurs.  Breakfast........$7.50

With the shells made today (Heavyshot and much improved wads) the modified choke is my friend.
