The TWO catchers on the red sox are batting a collective .225ish with four HR and 18 RBI. Gary has 13 HR and 39 RBI and a positive (albeit barely) DWAR. Next topic.

All the baseball nerds love him as a hitter, he was great last September but this year he cant hit a lick and will probably get hurt again. Id love to see him get traded for an arm.

Stanton hit 59 homers last year ?!  On pace for 38. Not sure Bird is great trade bait for an arm. Well maybe an arm but not sure it’ll be attached

They should have signed JD Martinez for much less. No surprise he’s the better hitter. He hit 45 HR in only 119 games in lowly NL last year. Without injuries he smokes Stanton for MVP last year

 

But really they should have signed a SP

We will be adding a pitcher but i cant wait to see more Johnny Lasagna and German has been looking better as well
